"Overall, I don’t think I would stay here again. Maybe it is worth to spend a night or two here. Details below:
During my 6D5N trip, I have stayed in different hotels. This hotel had the most expensive parking by far. It was ¥2000 / night. Also the parking was a bit inconvenient since the parking area uses an elevator-system and you need a staff to operate the parking system machine to get your car each time you need to use your car.
There were a lot of families with young children during my stay, not the best place if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. There were also only 2 elevators so sometimes it takes a long time to wait for the elevators due to the crowd.
The hotel provides a lot of amenities, including some daily activities from 17:00-18:00, noodles from 20:30-21:30, and free flow drinks from 10:00-22:00 (no free laundry tho). I got to try the traditional outfit dress up session, it was a good experience to quickly try on the Okinawan-style kimono.
Just a personal preference, I did find their soaps and skin care products heavily scented, which I wasn’t a fan of."

"Room was perfect for the three of us - we managed to squeeze and open all our own 24” luggage in the room. The hotel was a stone throw away from Don Quijote, and several restaurants were nearby the hotel too. Would love to be back if we’re ever visiting Okinawa!
But just note that the shower room has a glass door. This means that when someone is showering, the other people can’t use the basin nor toilet since they’re all in the same enclosed area."

"The service staff were always helpful. Facility-wise, although the standard room was small, I am surprised to see that pots and a cooker can be loaned out at the counter. That is really something I have not seen in so many hotels, including the the 5 stars ones. I even managed to borrow a knife and a cutting board to cut apples in my room.
A bit squeezy in the toilet for 2, but it is a hotel that has everything: a spray for your clothes if they smell upon returning to room, a shoe tongue, a little seat beside the shoe tongue for me to sit down while wearing my shoes, shoe cleaner/polish. All these items I don't see them in hotels outside Japan. There is also free coffee from coffee machine in lobby, and tea bags (at least 1 Japanese hotel don't supply coffee and tea in my trip)"

"We stayed here 10 years ago and decided to stay here again on our 2nd trip to Okinawa. Its right next to the monorail which makes it convenient to travel without a car. Also theres a car rental right at the hotel which makes pick up and drop off super convenient too! The nearby park is only 5 minutes away and its very lovely. Price is very reasonable, space is quite spacious (can open up my 2 check in luggage) I would stay here again the next time I visit Okinawa."

"Room was good, spacious and came with washing machine.
Location is good, opposite Naha mall, very convenient and few minutes walk away from monorail station.
Breakfast was way below expectations-we did not see any cucumber, sweet corn, or cherry tomatoes in the salad serving.
Even the famous local food - bittergourd and sweet potato were missing from the breakfast table.
This is the worst breakfast I have ever had in Japan chain hotels so far, really disappointed…."

"Very helpful receptionists and staff both via online and at front desk even though we received a baby cot by misunderstanding. Acceptable for 2,000 JPY per one room cleaning regarding eco-friendly policy but policy details should be clearly communicated with maids too. We received only towels for two nights without water or cool pads even though we ensured our message with the front lady. However, comparing to their impressive service, the place is worth to revisit."

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. KKeng LooI love this hotel! Exterior + interior! It looks classy and sophisticated! Carpark is just opposite the hotel if you need to park your rental car there. It is 1500 yen per night, but it is on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise, they will direct you to a nearby parking area if it is full.
Language wise, no issues, they will understand and converse in English. WIFI is strong, with no connection issues so far. Room wise is big enough for us, bigger than I have expected for a standard room. Amenities are great. They have in room safe + hair dryer + coffee machine with capsules + air freshener spray for fabrics, and it smelled so nice! They even have a bathtub for standard room! Toilet seat always feel so warm and comfy with their warmer and shower, taps, toilet, and sink are all in good condition. Water power is strong! They even have a full-length mirror for those who wanna make up with ease or check their clothings prior to heading out. There are also 2 umbrellas in the room for usage in case it is raining. Toilet amenities are plentiful, ranging from bath towel, shower cap, toothbrush for both kid and adult, facial cotton, cotton buds, comb, razor, rubber bands, bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and cream. Not forgetting the mineral water in the room, too, plus complimentary cookies from the hotel! Also, bathroom slippers and bath robes are also provided as well for those who need them. The pillows and mattresses feel so comfy, and every night is a wonderful sleep! Feel so touched and pleased with its tip-top service and amenities. Thumbs up!
Breakfast wise, I can not comment as I choose the room without breakfast as there are plentiful eateries nearby, and some open as early as 8am.
There is nothing else to fault for the stay as everything is so wonderful! Highly recommended!

JJusgalAmenities provided and free to take outside the lift includes comb, toothbrush, razor, and cotton buds. Shower cap can be found at the public bath at thr top level. Facial items (cleaning oil, cleanser, toner, cream) are provided during check-in and one set per guest, which is only sufficient for one day use. Had to ask staff for more. No tea provided only coffee. No daily cleaning until the 3rd/4th day but will provide new towels, pyjamas, water and coffee in a large bag hanged at the door. Trash had to be brought outside the room for disposal.

The hotel is conveniently located, with 3 convenience stores nearby and a dumpling shop in isolation. You need to scan your card to enter the hotel lobby late at night. SsandyhowThe hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized.
We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen.

- very small toilet, comparable to the lavatory in a plane
- toilet stinks with foul odour from the sewerage, even on the higher floors
- TV channels are all in Japanese
- no coffee supplied in the room , only 2 green tea and 2 black tea bags
- no bottled water supplied
- no early check in or late checkout, fees apply
- no shower cap in the amenities
- only 2 slow elevators serving 13 floors, long queue in the morning during checkout.

I loved the pool as well but be aware that day time is free but from 7pm - it will cost 1,000 yen per person (comes with one drink) Amazing hot tub so I thought it was worth it.

I think it is a nice causal stay either solo or with friend & Family.
One thing I noticed (you may notice too) is that the bathroom smelled just a little. It may be from the pool above.

Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

- The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Naha city center, the shopping street, and Shurijo Castle.
- There are many shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.
- Since the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, traffic is less congested, which makes getting around easier.
Things to consider:
- The hotel was crowded with businessmen, likely due to the event halls onsite.
- There was a noticeable smoke smell in the lobby and basement floor, where the basement is the exit to the parking lot.
- No valet parking and the parking lot is limited in space.
- There is a charge for parking per day (multi-entry is okay).
- The staff were not very supportive, from check-in to check-out.
- There was noise from the upper floor as well as structural noises, like from the bathroom door and shower room, which disrupted our rest.
- Traffic noise was also audible in the room, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, the hotel’s location and spacious rooms are definite highlights, perfect for just staying and travelling in and around the city.
But the service, noise, and other inconveniences might not make it the best option for those looking for a relaxing stay.

AAdele BrielleVery value for money! Room was a good size, amenities were sufficient. Linen change (per request) everyday and given new towels everyday. Breakfast included was good, there’s a variety of options to choose from, their taco rice was delicious! About 15-17 mins walk to kokusai dori. Train stations and bus about 5-7 mins walk away.
