"Very good experience. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile to make one's journey smooth. The swimming pool is awesome, and enough lifeguards are there to make everyone safe. Oriental is not the only hotel we visited this time, and I would say their standard room is big when compared with the other same grade hotels. One thing to highlight is the varied cuisines at the grill restaurant, value for money. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to anyone we know, especially families. Would like to visit again."

"The location was fantastic with a gorgeous sea view! Free parking, spacious room with amenities duly provided (except they didn’t provide any bottled water which kinda upset me a lot!!), breakfast was of quality - really loved the breakfast, convenience store downstairs (though it was severely wiped out and not well stocked everyday). It’s a good location to explore up north (aquarium and the likes). Highly recommend"

"Stepped into a colorful and happy reception. Lobby also smelt really good. Pros: lounges everywhere with almost all day free flow of beverages from beer, highball, sake, awomori, coffee and tea, as well as some nut snacks. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Cons: 1. check in via machine was very slow. Service staff did not step forward to help even though we were having trouble and was at the machine for a long time 2. Carpark is quite small so if u come back late, you'll need to park at their P2/P3 carpark which is quite far and dark to walk to at nite. We were 2 girls, and I dropped my partner with the luggage at the porch as it was raining heavily. And it was scary to walk back alone in the dark and rain. 3. Breakfast queue for food is quite long. Alot of food ran out and took quite awhile to be replenished. This was the place where I spent the longest for breakfast not because the spread was big but because we had to wait to get a table, and wait for food to be cooked or food to be replenished. ."

"The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of nowhere but close to some lovely tourist attractions. Airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel (OAS/APL and OAS/RSL that run between Naha and Churaumi aquarium). The public bus stop is 5 minutes away. Busena Marine Park is in perfect walking distance, and the walk is very pleasant. There are a few restaurants nearby and Lawson right in the same building and overall you don't need a car to have a nice vacation in this hotel. But it is a cheap hotel, very cheap for Okinawa indeed. How do they maintain this low price you may ask? Well, all the amenities are paid, the toiletries feel very cheap in comparison to other hotels in Japan. There's a beach but the beach chairs are paid separately. And you can only use this beach 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (the highest tide was 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and when the tide is low the swimming area becomes rocks - very inconvenient indeed. I know the tide changes, but such was our luck). We didn't get any free beach activities despite what was advertised in other reviews. And when we asked if our company of 5 adults could use a table indoors (it was heavy rain and wind outdoors) in a completely empty breakfast restaurant in the evening - we were asked to pay ridiculous 2000 yen per person. No device or clothes rack or not a flimsy chair on a spacious balcony, where one could dry their swimwear. Just one chair in the room. Also, for some reason we couldn't open our door and balcony door simultaneously, for the sound that rushing wind made was loud enough to wake the whole hotel up. On the bright side - the rooms have very solid sound insulation, the bed was wide and comfortable. All in all, I have a mixed feelings about this stay. Could've been better, could've been worse."

"The location is great, next to the sea, very comfortable This price can live in such a luxurious and large room with such a luxurious and large facility. It is really good value for money. "A very nice and cosy room. Walking distance to the nearest beach. You can jog or cycling too along the beach area. Around 25 mins to Okinawa Churaumi. Located in a peaceful town too. And if you’re a Muslim, a halal restaurant is available with halal breakfast and reservation for dinner on certain days."

"Super clean bathroom with heated mirror so one can use it after taking a shower, very thoughtful! Bed was great and a big selection of pillows offered to suit anyone’s style. Great stay, can only recommend!"

"There is a Lawson within walking distance. If you walk a little further, there are many Max Value and restaurants, but there is nothing special right near the hotel, so it is very quiet! First of all, the room was spacious and cheap, which was great. There is a rice cooker, pan, and kitchenware, so you can cook simple meals. There is also a microwave! There is also a veranda, so I used it when I wanted to hang my clothes outside. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Check-in is via video call on the tablet at the counter, and cleaning or towel refills are not provided. I think it is possible for a fee! Parking is free.
