Very good, the room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is OK, there are also several good restaurants nearby. You can take the subway U6 to the exhibition center 500 meters away, which takes 30 minutes.

If you a sleeping geek, this hotel is for you. It was the best night for me. The words written on the billboard at the entrance to the hotel turned out to be true. I didn't want to get out of bed, I wanted to lie down all day. The pillow is thick and comfortable, the blanket is super, the mattress too. Eucalyptus and mint scented shampoo made my morning too. The hotel is clean, convenient public transport accessibility.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. The room is correct, large with a large bed size. It has separate shower and toilet, which does not bother to be used by different people at the same time.
At the location level, you have close bus stops with metro or tram connection, which is grateful if you don't want to leave a lot of money on taxis.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Location was bit far from the subway station and there was NO Hair dryer! It was dissapointing to have that. And also there was no bartender at the time we stayed so we couldn’t used the bar also.

Zimmer sind zwar nicht so groß aber gut ausgestattet, beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis und alles ist Bio. Man kann am Wochenende in der Gegend umsonst parken und für Hunde ist die Gegend auch gut zum Spazierenlaufen.
Hotel ist nicht weit weg von der Tram Station. Bei schönem Wetter empfehle ich die rooftop bar im 12 Stock mit schönem Blick auf München

A simple and decent hotel in the central Schwabing area, near Münchner Freiheit. A pleasant walk into the centre from there and very close to the beautiful Englischer Garten. Rooms are cleaned every other day (which I like). Prices vary significantly based on major events in town, when it’s a low/average price period this hotel is quite good value for money.

GGeometrySuper basic which is to be expected from the price. However, the hotel is partly under construction and we awoke to deafening noise at around 8 am. It was so loud that there was no way we could have spent time in the room while it was ongoing. Needless to say this was super disappointing.

MMINGXIAOThis hotel is the farthest from the company I am on a business trip. If there is no room in the nearest hotel, this hotel is my first choice. Every time I took Air China flight to the Munich flight at 5:00, it was almost 10:00 in Munich, and I didn't have time to checkin, but the hotel tried my best. The most important breakfast is great and not expensive. The room is also relatively comfortable and quiet compared to the price. There are no casual people around, it is an office building. The only fly in the ointment here is that it is relatively far from the subway station.
