A great value hotel! The service was average, but after one night, we discovered the refrigerator in our room wasn't working, so the staff offered to move us. There was plenty of space, including a sofa bed, so even with a child, it wasn't cramped. The hotel is conveniently connected to the central train station by the S-Bahn, and the room rates are much cheaper than those near the central train station. The S1 line is a 5-10 minute walk away, connecting you directly to the airport without changing trains. The room was a bit stained, but housekeeping cleared the trash and vacuumed every day, so the cleanliness was generally good.

It's really a great hotel! Location: Very close to BMW and Olympic Park, it takes about 20 minutes to get to Marienplatz by tram, and half an hour to get to the airport by taxi. It's not in the city center, but it's very convenient, and the price is very reasonable! Room: Great, very quiet, very big, and clean. The first floor of the hotel also provides free water and candy. Think about it, everyone pays a few euros for a bottle, this is worth it Service: Every staff is really friendly and helpful I will stay here next time!

The hotel is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The parking and security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, though a bit old. We didn't try the food but enjoyed their coffee. The service was fine, and the hotel felt cozy. Since we spent most of our time outside and only returned to sleep, we can't judge everything, but it was a pleasant stay. However, there was an issue with a fire alarm at 6 AM, which turned out to be a false alarm caused by steam from a guest’s shower. This incident startled my family and disrupted our sleep. While the staff and fire team acted quickly, it seemed excessive to bring four fire trucks for a false alarm. I hope they improve the system to prevent such disruptions in the future. Also, it would be more convenient if items like tissue boxes, slippers, and toothbrushes were available in the room, instead of having to request everything from the reception.

The hotel's hygiene management is very good, the overall comfort level is also very high, and the facilities are better than expected. The main thing is that the location is very good. It only takes a few subway stops from the scenic spot and you can get off and start shopping.

Very clean hotel, very kind staff. Thanks to the lady at the reception from the morning of May 22, 2024! The room is exactly what you need for a tourist stay. The bus station is in front of the hotel and connects with the metro and other means of transport. There is also night transport. Several grocery stores and small restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back.

Super location, very friendly staff. Rooms spacious but difficult lighting (dark), Bathroom had no shower, shower only sitting in the bathtub possible. Bathroom untreated, dirty bed layer on one of the beds. However, would be changed to note immediately.

Received an excellent welcome and smooth easy check in. Room was as expected from a top quality hotel. The cost was one of the cheapest when looking and Included breakfast which was excellent. Very convenient for metro, train and buses, and to get to most things worth seeing the city. Trip also provide excellent information on the booking and check-in.
