Munich Schwabing-Freimann Hotels

Service was great. Nice lounge to wait around before check in. Location was great as U station is just round the corner from the hotel entrance. It's about 20 minutes to Marientplatz and HBF. Good connectivity for transport to the Adele concert.

Breakfast was nice big variety. Room was small but had everything you need. Free parking right in front of the hotel.

The hotel was newly opened in 2023. All facilities are brand new, the service is also very good, and there seems to be preferential treatment for Chinese people. Not far from the British Park, it only takes about ten minutes to walk there. It is a little far from the city center, and there doesn't seem to be much to visit around. There are many large international companies and other big-name hotels around, which is suitable for business trips.

The hotel is good overall, with new decoration and KFC and McDonald's next to it. The breakfast is OK and you can eat well. There is no water or slippers in the room. It is close to the BMW Museum. The downside is that there are few free parking spaces on the ground, and it costs 22 euros a day to park underground.

Very disco decoration, if you like pink, don't miss this hotel. The whole hotel is decorated in pink. I have to say that each the niu is different. The hotel parking is very cheap and convenient. There is also a shopping mall not far away.

The superior room is new and big enough, but I can't accept that the Noviter charges 4k per night during the beer festival. Hahahahaha Also, the front desk renewal is 10% off compared to booking online directly

The hotel is not far from the subway station, about 7-8 minutes walk, but there is no subway directly to the hotel from the train station, you need to transfer! The lemonade in the lobby is good, the room is quite large, the facilities are good, there is a refrigerator! But the price is expensive

The garage is a challenge. Only with inclosed mirrors of both cars is parking possible. Also, the cars have to go against each other, one forward, the second back. Fortunately, I had help in dr instruction of very friendly housemasters.

Every time I come to Munich, I live here, spacious and comfortable, simple kitchen utensils can make something to eat. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and there is also a small park for walking.

This hotel is the farthest from the company I am on a business trip. If there is no room in the nearest hotel, this hotel is my first choice. Every time I took Air China flight to the Munich flight at 5:00, it was almost 10:00 in Munich, and I didn't have time to checkin, but the hotel tried my best. The most important breakfast is great and not expensive. The room is also relatively comfortable and quiet compared to the price. There are no casual people around, it is an office building. The only fly in the ointment here is that it is relatively far from the subway station.
