I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adagio Aparthotel in Munich, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.The check-in process was impressively fast and efficient, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. The team was also very helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The location of the hotel is fantastic, conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. The facilities provided were top-notch, catering to all our needs and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Moreover, the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. Love the building, design and the location (the physical / hard part). The soft part (people), more efforts required. They misplaced 1 of my luggage and I need to beg them to find it (as if I was lying that I have 3 begs). They pushed me around, asked me to go and ask ”that guy at the door” and asked me to go to the luggage storage room even after I clearly described my beg (not with a typical colour). And apparently, the beg was at the reception behind the counter. Wasting 1 to 2 hours.

The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the train station, and it is very convenient to travel. The check-in area on the first floor requires a card to enter the bathroom. There are a lot of rooms, nearly 80 on each floor.

Really enjoyed my recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott City Center for my Euro 2024 trip to Germany. Hotel location is very near to Munich Hbf and other tourist attractions. Many choices of restaurant nearby as well. The Italian restaurant serves good variety of food at reasonable price. And I’d like thank Courtyard by Marriott for letting me to deposit my luggage while I’m going to Leipzig for a match. Really appreciate it.

Located right opposite the central station. The rooms were decent sized. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working in the room during our stay. The manager was kind to have the issue resolved for us.

Good staff and location. only 400 minutes walk from Munich HBF. Bed was very comfy. Staff was helpful and change the bigger room for us when they saw we have children. Free watter bottle in room is really good and hard to find in the city. We were at 5 stars hotel in Munich, but there is no bottle of water for free and very less hotel amenties. If I would recommend, I will recommend to improve the variety of breakfast only.

Check in a breeze. Thank you for letting us check in at no additional cost as our room was ready. Stayed at room 116 but it's a QUEEN bed instead of a King as stated. ”Oven” is a 2-in-1 microwave AND Grill. Food will require a longer time to be cooked if u use the duo function. Manuals for appliances all provided online.

And the decoration is more Morden, I feel young friends will like it! The front desk attendant, the younger sister and the younger brother are very enthusiastic.

It was a nice stay Pro 1) Just 3-5 mins walk from station (abit sketchy street) 2) Luggage Storage at Basement 1 (2 euro per luggage) 3) Room is spacious 4) Staff is helpful and nice Con 1) Check-out timing is strict (10 euro per hr charge on late check out - even just few mins late check out) 2) Water bottle is not refilled everyday even if you book for few nights 3) Breakfast is not refilled 30 mins before closing time (could have a much more variety of food)
