Short trip for me. Just 2 nights as I was there for the Adele concert.
Quite close to the UBahn around 5-7 minutes walk.
Some food market/trucks right behind the hotel.
The hotel itself was very clean. The service was astounding as the staff were polite. I couldn’t get my coffee through the vending machine and the staff got me a cappuccino from their office and said it was free.
We wanted to store some alcohol in the fridge for the evening after the concert and they showed us to a fridge where they allowed guests to store their alcohol for other use.
Any favour you ask of them they will try to fulfill 🙂
The room is small and difficult to move around if you have a 28 inch suitcase like myself however it was very clean both the towels and bed linen. The lobby also is amazing place to hangout in the evening if you get your own pizza and beer.
Nothing else close by so you may need to travel a bit
Very quiet, with decent views. The room is large and well-equipped. The bath water is hot and the room is warm.
The front desk service is good and will help deliver food to the room.
The problem is that bottled water is not provided from the first day, you have to buy it yourself. You need to ask for slippers from the front desk. The breakfast seems to have a lot of variety, but not much that can be eaten according to Chinese taste.
From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel.
Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Take the elevator on your right to the ground. Walk to the right and you can see the hotel on your left.
Plan B : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take tram 21 and get off at the stop(see pictures below). Walk to the church and you can see the hotel.
The reception of the hotel and the building with rooms are different. Be careful.
The hotel is not in the central of the city, but you could hear the church bells ringing.
There's no washing machines or washing room. You can ask the reception to bring your clothes to a laundry shop nearby.

Concept and design are really attractive and modern, staff at the reception friendly and helpful. However, it seems to be lacking in the year after the opening of the communication between the cleaning service and the housemaster and/or the necessary maintenance investments: the Rainshower shower head was so high, that he was inaccessible for cleaning forces. He was apparently calcified and there came only a thin ridge out. Fortunately there was still the well cleaned, adjustable handbrace, so it was ok for me. I also received 2 transfers from other guests due to shortcomings. Unpleasantly, however, the lack of pieces and towels in the kitchen line were not replaced. There was one tea cup, a coffee cup, 2 espresso cups, etc..... This has already been mentioned in other Internet criticisms. I hope that this will not be a permanent state.....
The deep garage is just something for decorated drivers, as it is too narrowly designed. But it has several parking spaces with e-load pillars - great! The hotel is dogfriendly. My apartment was large enough for 2 people with medium-sized dog, the room was beautifully designed with lovely little things. I just felt home. The washing machine is great. But why the television reception after a day did not work, a mystery remains! The deficiencies raised are quickly remediable. If that is the case, I will very much come back.
Hotel is close to bus stop of 190/191 which can easily take us to Berg am Laim metro station. And it then only takes about 15 minutes to Marienplatz. Room is spacious but there’s no free bottled water. Breakfast is really good, with many kinds of food. We stayed for two nights and after came back on the second day we found that room was not cleaned then I called the front desk and was told they didn’t do the cleaning on for the first day of stay, which I was not informed upon my check-in. But later they sent someone to grab the trash and brought new towels. Except this, all is good.
Although the location is not very convenient, there is a supermarket next to it. It takes about 10 minutes or 20 minutes to walk to the city center or museum by public transportation. However, compared with the hotels in the city center, it is still very cost-effective.
large room, clean and good location. now i went there several times already but something changed it seems because that being said, service is not at all a 4* for this rate range
check in is taking time, check out even more, and money is the only thing important. i decided to go for the breakfast in the morning, but it was not in my room rate. i had given a deposit but while i was eating they came and asked me to pay and stop my breakfast(1st time i see this in a hotel!). then after my breakfast during the check out they asked me if i paid! afraid i would run away without paying?. additionally the way they speak to me / customer around me was very agressive. i will not go back
Location of the hotel is good, there are bus stops nearby for taking the bus to the train station. There are also several supermarkets nearby for visiting, very convenient to get the grocery. Hotel staff is also very friendly with the interaction. Room is very comfortable to stay as well.
The room is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to the No. 21 tram station, convenient to go anywhere. The waiter is also very warm and polite
Very nice facilities, with nice curtains to shield our beds, built in locks in the lockers, and I particularly appreciated the individual fans for each bed, especially given the summer heat.
Also with regular cleaning, and the cleaning ladies were very nice to me even when I stayed until noon inside the bedroom.
The kitchen had all needed supplies and a nice group table where I got to eat dinner and socialise.
