Terrible cancellation service, i had urgent conditions they didn’t refund me. Even my booking had no free cancellation they should have considered special cases

No aircon so probably unbearable during summer season. Front of house is nice. The lady provide me with a fan to pull through hot weather. Shower place a bit small but ok, acceptable for me. I like how they number their room. (As per photo) very interesting!

Location is good and room is good too If I go to Munich, I will stay at westend again

Small hotel but equipped with TV, small refrigerator, and security box. Use key to lock the room. The room has no kettles, air con and ventilator in the bathroom thus need to take quick shower. Shower area is a bit small and the toilet level is a bit low. Construction work opposite to the hotel starts at 7am and most probably wake you up. However the staff is nice.

It is a 3 start hotel. Not very close to train stations but affordable for a couple of nights. No amenities as in other hotels like coffee, water or tea.

Very good

A small cozy hotel with a very convenient location relative to the central bus station of Munich. Responsive staff, quite a good breakfast. There is a small refrigerator in the room. A huge advantage is the possibility of 24-hour free access to the coffee machine in the breakfast room, as well as fresh apples

The room is very good and the transportation is very convenient

It is indeed a good hotel. It is close to the city center. It is about 500 meters away from the subway entrance. There is a large supermarket next to it. You can find all kinds of Chinese and Western food. The hotel is very cost-effective. When it is cheap, an ordinary room costs 400 to 500. The staff is very attentive. The restaurant provides free fruits, coffee, and boiled water, which many hotels cannot do. If you come here next time, you will stay in a hotel, 😀

The first time I went in, I felt good because there was Haribo on the bed! The room looked quite old, but cleanliness seemed good. If you put up a doorknob asking for the room to be cleaned, they cleaned it well. It was a bit far from the central station, so I had to take about 2 tram stops to walk! Still, I am satisfied with the cheap stay.

First-class service modern

The hotel was a little old. The location is not bad, and the hotel staff is very accommodating. The price is also good, so it's perfect for just staying the night!

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom wasn't too small either, which was nice. Next time I stay in Munich, I would like to stay at this hotel.

The positive points: the staff were very polite, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good. The negative points: there was no fan or air conditioning, the bathroom stall is very cramped, the pillow was not very comfortable.
