The hotel is good overall, with new decoration and KFC and McDonald's next to it. The breakfast is OK and you can eat well. There is no water or slippers in the room. It is close to the BMW Museum. The downside is that there are few free parking spaces on the ground, and it costs 22 euros a day to park underground.

The Hotel is around 6 mins walk from the S-bahn station and there's a shortcut with stairs down to the hotel. Alternatively, the tram stop is just 4 mins walk away. Both the train and tram can reach the main Munich train station. Breakfast was good with a cute waffle maker. Facilities was great and they allowed us to checked in a little earlier than we were supposed to be.

Super satisfying stay, there was s-bahn station just a turn away, walking less than 5minutes distance, although location was far abit from tourist spot, but the convenience of public transport can cover it all, we have a great 3 nights stay and highly recommend, room was spacious and super clean and new
