Good locations 2 blocks away from Munich train station and near old town. Neighbourhood is a bit shady at night, with loud people hanging around. Facilities showing age and elevator was slow and sensor not receptive but relatively well maintained considering age of property. Staff is generally helpful.

Overall, it was a good experience. The front desk staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, the location was great, making it convenient to go anywhere, the breakfast was also good, and it was good value for money.
