Spa Hotels in Mumbai

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Location is perfect. Room are clean and nice. Have some good restaurants too. The staffs are all very friendly. Good service.

The Leela is a fantastic hotel! Everything was superb! Immaculate, very luxurious comfortable rooms overlooking garden and pool The staff is super friendly and know how to make your stay a perfect one. They are very customer oriented and service minded but with a wonderfull personal touch. The choice of restaurants is overwelming but my choice was the Indian restaurant Jamavar and the food was of superior quality. This with the beautifull breakfast en tea time and scrumpious snacks at the Lobby Lounge and the amazing coctails and of course the easy airport transfer made my stay just wonderfull. Excellent service, reception desk to housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful, and understanding I can not expect more than what the hotel delivered to us, Breakfast and staff members excellent, overall rating for this hotel I would give more than 100.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Fantastic service and unforgettable stay. The staff is friendly and the location maintained miraculously. We stayed at the Tower. The room we got had amazing view of the front. We loved the drinks served at the elevator entrance. Coming from outside where it was hot and humid, the refreshing drinks were amazing

the occassion is good. much easier for me to have meeting with customers. The room is quiet and tidy. Service is friendly and warm. It's good and comfortable for this business trip!!!! strongly recommend for this hotel ~~~

We were there for a birthday buffet brunch at the Seven Kitchens. The staff was amazing and very customer oriented. We had a complaint about some food items, the chef came immediately to check and removed the dishes totally from the buffet. Our complaint was appreciated.

Had an absolutely amazing time at four seasons! From the kindness and the smiles from all the staff to the cleanliness and spacious room. Everything was perfect! We were lucky to have our roon upgraded, and there were balloons, cute sweets, and a chocolate cake at our room! Which was a wonderful surprise and made our engagement and my fiancee's birthday celebration even more special! Room service was super efficient, and the food was amazing! Dinner at san:qi was pleasant! Good interiors and not at all loud, perfect place to go on an intimate date. The food was great, and so was the service - special thanks to Nikhil, who took care of us!! Overall, it was a great experience! Hospitality at its finest! 100% recommend.
