Hotel Ozone Inn Colaba

To be honest, I booked 2 Days before arrival for 08-11JAN25. There was nothing less 100 USD per night in Colaba. With my booking I was requesting a room with Kingsize bed on a higher floor. I got a Twin Room on lower floor! After complaining, the Manager Lady gave me a King Bed Room - but still 3. Floor! Guys, don't live on that low level at all! It was noicy all day and all night! Just between 02-05 AM I could sleep a bit! I think. lower then 6. Floor there is no daylight, no quietness and no chance to open the windows! No View of course (especailly no sea view as mentioned in the hotel description here)! At the end I enjoyed it a bit, cause most of the time I was outside Hotel anyway. A Hotelroom should be a heaven of peace, comfort and quietness! Last night both of my neighbor rooms where occupied with locals (men). I was in the middle! Talking, Drinking, cooking Rice and clapping the doors permanently! Crazy! So, be careful guys when booking this Hotel! Even its New (just 1 year old now)!

They upgraded to room with 2 single beds without any additional fee! The location is great! Room is clean and tidy! Great values for staying here! Nice and helpful staffs!

I recently stayed at this hotel, which boasts an excellent location. The service was top-notch, with the reception staff being particularly friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were on the smaller side, and the bathroom was surprisingly compact – the smallest I've ever encountered. Despite this, the hotel's prime location makes it an attractive option.

Wonderful stay! Not only did they allow me to check in early at no cost, they allowed me to switch rooms from first floor to the 10th floor. During my entire stay the staff went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was comfortable. The room was nice and spacious enough with a great view. The food was also pretty solid. I couldn't recommend a better hotel for the area—such a nice stay with wonderful staff :)!

Location is superb. Very close to all the attractions in south bombay. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very courteous. They have no restaurants, they provide room service and get the food from outside which was strange for a 3* hotel. Per night price was high for a small room with a queen bed, it might be due to holiday time during christmas and location. If you are getting a family room for inr 4-5k then go for it.
