Don’t take 1st and 2nd floor rooms. Air duct leak. Confirming breakfast was with the room took too long. It’s an old property. Not worth too much price.

I was actually quite skeptical judging by the reviews I read but was pleasantly surprised. Although yes I only had a partial view of the beach, it was uplifting enough and would tempt me to go downstairs to the restaurant which has a patio opening up to great beach views and is the best place to chill and have beers anytime of the day. The room was decent by Bombay standards - very clean, queen size bed, comes with a mini fridge, safe, hair dryer and basic toiletries, tea/coffee sachets and two 1litre complimentary water bottles every day. The basin area in the bathroom was too tiny with hardly any room to leave your toiletries and the Wifi was quite spotty which also disrupted the cable channels. There's enough parking space if you have guests visiting and staff is immensely responsive, even with any late night complaints. However, they do kind of randomly shut off access back through their beach entry gate even though it was well within the publicised timings.

Breakfast is relatively simple, night shifts are relatively simple, rooms are ok, service is good but the hotel is relatively old, 500-600 is acceptable, and more than 1,000 booked the next day, this price can't live here.

The resort service is always top notch, buffet food is so tasty everytime and service is beyond the expectations I should appreciate semin, Ashwini, saurabh, priyotosh, priyotosh, prasenjit and manager Tarun and Rajesh has best smile.☺️☺️ Thanks to both of them for taking care

THE name of the place is big but the place has grown old with time. The hotels location is not to bad with walking distance to couple of places around, but the ***agement is just not interested it seems in maintaining its property. The rooms lack ***y basic facilities and the staff is also not happy to serve you, it seems. The only nice was the bar with good and helpful staff an also the variety served there.

Hotel was very clean and complete with necessities including good WIFI and a resturante. Staff were very aattentive and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this small hotel. Mr Gupta the day manager was particularly helpful in all matters.

The reception is very nice and the staff is super helpful and very nice. Chacha at the reception is very helpful and guides us properly. Good connectivity to all locations nearby. I stayed in 204 which is a suite and very spacious according to mumbai standards
