Room towels very thin, already worn out. No disposable slippers. Have to purchase. Air con not strong enough. WiFi keeps crashing. Pillow stinky. View from the hotel can see the river. The only thing.

Good locations in the middle of the town and easy to get foods. Recommend to those we look for foods and just stop over for a night. The best Muar coffee 434 just around the corner.

Good location and nice view from the room

The stay did not start off well in the beginning due to faulty wifi router. The guy I spoke to did not hand over the work to the next shift. But next day, the manager sorted out the issue and moved me to the same room type on the higher floor. Overall cleanliness is good though the hotel looks a bit old. Liked the lobby display of history and sale of favourite snacks and local coffee packs. Site is itself a for long time ago since taken over by buildings. But the old town, with eateries, is just 5 mins away. Close to bus terminal and overlooking the river that has an open air food court. Would come back !

A decent stay for a night or two at this price point for an old hotel given the excellent location in the city center and a 3 minute walk to the intercity bus terminal. Air-conditioning wasn't working well the first day but somehow managed to resolve itself by the second day. Seaview, street facing rooms maybe noisy due to traffic below. The room and toilet was minimally clean but there were clusters of ants claiming the desk for themselves. Housekeeping is done daily and bottled water and coffee are replenished.

Cozy room with nice view. Everything is ok, except no fridge, window and curtain is dusty.

I like that the front desk operates 24h because it eases long distance travellers to check-in without much hassle since most hotels I went to before don't accept midnight check in. So far the hotel was good. They have allocated parking for cars and motorcycles as well as lift. The room was good but the amenities in terms of the toiletries are a bit meh to me. I like the location as it is easy to access.

The hotel it's very nice . The service good. The location near Muar town. Will come back stay again.

So far berpuasa hati sbb location dia betul2 tgh bandar Muar dan dekat tempat makan yg menarik. Bilik kami double deluxe ok puas hati cuma liftdia agak stuffy sikit. Selain tu semuanya ok. Really enjoy makan kawasan berhampiran situ
