We have stayed at this hotel before, a few years ago. The welcome by the friendly staff was very good and helpful. The facilities at the hotel that were on offer were very good and the evening meal and breakfast was very good especially the choice for the breakfast buffet.
The hotel was very convenient for the airport and only a 20 minute walk into Innsbruck and also a good bus service if preferred.

This is an old historical long established hotel since year 1912. The location is just nice near to the old town and famous Innsbruck river with best scenery. It is also half way to the top of Innsbruck with J line bus and you will reach the top within 10 minutes bus.
No lift and it will cause you a lot energy to carry your heavy luggage to the room. The wash room and shower is too tiny for adults and you will not find yourself comfortably with it. The breakfast is simple but it is enough to keep you energized for the day.

The concierge guy was most courteous when we arrived very early in the morning to Munich, felt welcomed. He pointed us to what we can do and showed us a nice restroom so we can freshen up.
The room size is good, well designed. Decor highlights German Alpine traditions in a graceful manner. Feeling relaxed when you enter the hotel. The breakfast offers good and plentiful choices. Especially liked their use of tea leaves instead of tea bags.

I stayed in a quadruple room, which was of very high quality by youth hostel standards. There are two toilets in the quadruple room. The hygiene condition is very good and the facilities are very new. There is also a hair dryer and a two-in-one shower gel and shampoo.
The rooms are also very spacious, and there is a kitchen in each room. The guests are well separated from each other, making it very comfortable. Each bedside room is also equipped with a power socket and a board for you to place mobile phones and other charging facilities. For me, it has all the standard facilities required in a youth hostel.
What deserves extra points is the 10-point delicious breakfast, 10-point high-quality drinks and food, and the refill speed is satisfactory. I recommend staying here.

Forgot to take internal pictures, but a very good hotel, there is also a one in Augsburg, we like them very much, breakfast is the best one on this trip, and the front desk sister is very nice, wearing ethnic costumes can speak Chinese, we have a big hug, Very happy Christmas Eve. GGuest UserGreat hospitality from the front desk when checking in with complementary drinks. The booking includes the welcome card where all transportation within Innsbruck are included plus free activities that you can sign up online. The Garden Rooms is great for three people. The room might get hot sometimes and the thermostat is controlled by the reception (will need to let them know if you want the room temperature to be lowered). Complementary Chocolate when checking out.

JJem PBeautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

DDannihaiVery nice hotel. Good location, comfortable and clean facilities. The Alps can be seen outside the window. The waiter was friendly. Breakfast and its own restaurant are good. There are plenty of parking spaces, including two parking lots before and after the ground plus two underground parking lots, and there are also charging parking spaces. I saw a comment that if I stayed for more than 2 nights, I would give Innsbruck Card but I didn't enjoy it in my name. I bought it for a fee.

DDanielaThe hotel has an excellent location in Innsbruck. Everything is very easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The reception staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful.
However, the breakfast area and the service staff there are in for criticism.
On Sunday, an hour before the end of the breakfast buffet, the place was completely empty. Not only were there no service staff, there were no food items either. There was no bread left, no toast, only 3 rolls, no Danish pastries or croissants. There were no vegetables such as cucumbers, peppers etc. There was only one jam and honey and packaged Nutella. The rest of the jam was gone. Egg dishes and the like were available, but cold.
On top of that, the service staff at breakfast were grumpy and unfriendly. The young ladies were audibly arguing in the open kitchen area and cursing the guests. Guests' requests for bread, cheese etc. were dismissed with ”we don't have any, it's sold out”. The inappropriately unpleasant tone and the inability to accept negative feedback from customers made the atmosphere very unpleasant.
Overall, the breakfast for a 4* hotel with quite substantial room prices can only be rated as unsatisfactory.
The shower in the room also had to be complained about because the shower head was heavily calcified and almost no water came out. The caretaker replaced it well. Only the hose was too short to use the wall bracket. So you had to shower by hand in the sloping roof.
Hotel room no. 503 was beautiful and appropriately spacious for a deluxe room. With a small balcony (very nice) at the back and a wonderful view of the Nordkette.
