We have stayed at this hotel before, a few years ago. The welcome by the friendly staff was very good and helpful. The facilities at the hotel that were on offer were very good and the evening meal and breakfast was very good especially the choice for the breakfast buffet.
The hotel was very convenient for the airport and only a 20 minute walk into Innsbruck and also a good bus service if preferred.

Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.

The room is clean and spacious, the service is good, and the location is right next to the North Chain Mountain. You must take the cable car up when you come here, and it would be best if you can reach the top.
It is also convenient to go to Maria Theresa Street. The city is not big and you can walk almost anywhere. There is also a large supermarket next to the hotel.

one of our favourite stay in austria! had a view of the beautiful alps, walkable distance to the old town and all places of attraction, right beside the train station so it was easy finding the shuttle to swarovski world!!!

The concierge guy was most courteous when we arrived very early in the morning to Munich, felt welcomed. He pointed us to what we can do and showed us a nice restroom so we can freshen up.
The room size is good, well designed. Decor highlights German Alpine traditions in a graceful manner. Feeling relaxed when you enter the hotel. The breakfast offers good and plentiful choices. Especially liked their use of tea leaves instead of tea bags.

GGuest UserPerfect location for train travellers, few steps from the central station. Also great for nightlife and visiting as a tourist, as the old town and city center are just a few steps away. The staff was very friendly, we could store our luggage after our stay until we left Innsbruck. The rooms were clean and had a good size.

GGuest UserForgot to take internal pictures, but a very good hotel, there is also a one in Augsburg, we like them very much, breakfast is the best one on this trip, and the front desk sister is very nice, wearing ethnic costumes can speak Chinese, we have a big hug, Very happy Christmas Eve. GGuest UserWe travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

DDannihaiVery nice hotel. Good location, comfortable and clean facilities. The Alps can be seen outside the window. The waiter was friendly. Breakfast and its own restaurant are good. There are plenty of parking spaces, including two parking lots before and after the ground plus two underground parking lots, and there are also charging parking spaces. I saw a comment that if I stayed for more than 2 nights, I would give Innsbruck Card but I didn't enjoy it in my name. I bought it for a fee.

VVeraIt was a lovely stay with mountain view. The window opens multiple ways. Can store luggage. Traditional style hotel with heavy key. They have a funny concept of you can leave the key at the counter when you go out because it’s heavy. We just took out the heavy part haha. Have a gym too. Good stay overall and ample space for luggage to open.

DDanielaThe hotel has an excellent location in Innsbruck. Everything is very easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The reception staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful.
However, the breakfast area and the service staff there are in for criticism.
On Sunday, an hour before the end of the breakfast buffet, the place was completely empty. Not only were there no service staff, there were no food items either. There was no bread left, no toast, only 3 rolls, no Danish pastries or croissants. There were no vegetables such as cucumbers, peppers etc. There was only one jam and honey and packaged Nutella. The rest of the jam was gone. Egg dishes and the like were available, but cold.
On top of that, the service staff at breakfast were grumpy and unfriendly. The young ladies were audibly arguing in the open kitchen area and cursing the guests. Guests' requests for bread, cheese etc. were dismissed with ”we don't have any, it's sold out”. The inappropriately unpleasant tone and the inability to accept negative feedback from customers made the atmosphere very unpleasant.
Overall, the breakfast for a 4* hotel with quite substantial room prices can only be rated as unsatisfactory.
The shower in the room also had to be complained about because the shower head was heavily calcified and almost no water came out. The caretaker replaced it well. Only the hose was too short to use the wall bracket. So you had to shower by hand in the sloping roof.
Hotel room no. 503 was beautiful and appropriately spacious for a deluxe room. With a small balcony (very nice) at the back and a wonderful view of the Nordkette.

FFangDavidThe hotel is very close to Innsbruck station! You can see the hotel when you leave the station. Luggage storage is also quite convenient. If you want to travel to Innsbruck, I highly recommend this hotel. However, the facilities and rooms are a bit small, which may be due to the room type we chose, but overall it is comfortable.

KkfamiliasgExcellent location, golden roof is only a stonr throw away. Room was amazing and spacious with full kitchen and complimentary milk. We only spent 1 night. Just to note for those wanting to book for more than few nights, changing towels and house keeping/room cleaning would be charged fees. Plus, I did not realize this before booking, but there is additional tourist charges for staying, from memory about 35 euro per person.

黃黃桌子I stayed in a quadruple room, which was of very high quality by youth hostel standards. There are two toilets in the quadruple room. The hygiene condition is very good and the facilities are very new. There is also a hair dryer and a two-in-one shower gel and shampoo.
The rooms are also very spacious, and there is a kitchen in each room. The guests are well separated from each other, making it very comfortable. Each bedside room is also equipped with a power socket and a board for you to place mobile phones and other charging facilities. For me, it has all the standard facilities required in a youth hostel.
What deserves extra points is the 10-point delicious breakfast, 10-point high-quality drinks and food, and the refill speed is satisfactory. I recommend staying here.

Also recommended local famous restaurants, very good! Breakfast is relatively good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good! The price is very good.
