Rochester Motels

I stayed a total of eight nights over a three week period and I could not have been happier. I have written a review of two other hotels I stayed at as well so please check them out. You need to see them before you book a room. Back to the Baymont. It's not perfect. I was not expecting the Ritz, what I got was a good solid clean room, that I was perfectly comfortable in. The first booking was for 6 nights. The room was rather unique and really cool. Had a great recliner, which I have to have for sleeping, and a balcony. Shower was awesome and hot water was endless. Second booking was for 2 nights. When we got in the room the AC didn't work well so the management moved us to another room instantly. I am terrible with names, but the manger himself personally took charge of our situation. He was extremely busy but he quickly took control and within minuets my wife and I were in an another room. This gentleman was wearing a suit and tie and wreaked of confidence. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were in a room we were comfortable and happy in. He may have been the owner, I am not sure, but if he wasn't, then owner should be proud to have him as an associate. They has two carts for luggage. The shuttle runs to Mayo and is very prompt. The location is perfect. A Shopping center is across the street and tons of places to eat. There is a beautiful park next door. The breakfast was perfect. Waffles, toast, cereal and such. The had my two favorites: Rice Krispies and Korn Flakes! Check in and check out is super easy and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly in general. I am definitely giving this Inn my seal of approval and offer you this review for consideration when booking your next stay in Rochester.
