GGuest UserI use Vessel Inn Shiga Moriyama Ekimae about once a month. The room was clean and spacious as usual. Since last month, the vending machine on the 7th floor has not been working, so it's only a short distance away on the 4th or 5th floor, but it's a bit far away on the 6th floor and above.

GGuest UserI have never seen such poorest service at reception counter. Our three families joined at this hotel and wanted to know room number each other. Reception counter stuffs refused our request. We believe that if customers agree each other to disclose their room number, no problem at all. Quite disgusting attitude!

ウウールThank you for your continued patronage. This time I stayed at the Olive Hotel. Unfortunately, they didn't have the usual drip coffee, and they didn't have pajama pants, only a jacket. Next time I'll make sure to check before staying.
