I have never seen such poorest service at reception counter. Our three families joined at this hotel and wanted to know room number each other. Reception counter stuffs refused our request. We believe that if customers agree each other to disclose their room number, no problem at all. Quite disgusting attitude!

The refrigerator in the room only has a bottle of bulk water, but unlike the anus in Hoshino, the lounge here serves drinks, beer, drinks, coffee snacks all-time, the quality is excellent, there are freshly made snacks at 3:4:5 pm, this hotel's baking is really powerful, so delicious, Champagne is provided from 5 pm to 5:30 pm.
