The stay was great, the bed was very comfortable, the location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is perfect in every senses and Montreux is a must visit for Switzerland.

great services and breakfast, but the hotel has history as expected, very grand and nicely located with great view of lake Geneva.

Perfect stay, but poor soundproofing (bass from nearby nightclubs was audible). Probably because this is historical building.

I have never see in such hotel level to block everymorning the warranty debit card every with different amounts in a room that was prepaid . To be more specific :blocked amount 4795,00 for expecies 1450.00 . Very strange!

Very grand and nice hotel. My most expensive hotel stay in Switzerland but I don’t think I received the service I feel this hotel should provide. Room is clean and tidy

It's still under renovation. What's the lake view room? The window is so small and closed. The lake is across the street. There is no view at night. It's a bit exaggerated as a high-end hotel. It's better to live in the mountains.

Very well located in a huge and historic building. The room was beautiful with a large bathroom, service and breakfast at the level of a palace.

The lake view room is on a too low floor... no view at all... Excellent location... good hotel service... A century-old hotel... facilities may be a bit outdated...

The view of the lake view room is unbeatable and the watermelon is also super nice. The drainage facilities are a little bit old.
