The hotel has its own parking lot in front of the hotel. It is very close to the statue and lake.

It is only 5 minutes walk from the Christmas market and 10 minutes walk from the railway station, and the sauna is great

Excellent location! It’s a walking distance to Montreux Christmas market! Nice view opposite the hotel.

Very rude and worse attitude staffs, hotel system is not updated and it caused us delay our train system .

Reception did not give us receipt after we make payment for city tax , the next day another staff request us to pay again, she mentioned system no record. Lack of communication between employees, and the attitude is not good

10 min walk from the train station and facing the lake, the location is great and the view from the small balcony is awsome. The hotel is getting old. Even if it is well maintained, renovation and modernisation is needed.

Isn't this the best hotel in Montreux? Everything was perfect haha The best hotel! Thank you to Mr. Pawel for helping me check in and overall Montreux tour:) This place was very convenient to stay because it was very accessible to the supermarket and mart. Everything was good, including the breakfast, accessibility, staff friendliness, and parking.
