There is no breakfast on the front desk floor. You can order a semi-buffet for 29.9 Canadian dollars. You can squeeze the orange juice yourself (you don’t have to doubt the freshness). It is worth recommending that the front desk is very patient. The room that was arranged at the beginning was very dark. Said that the line of sight is not good and uncomfortable, and then waited for three minutes to change to No. 1608 with a good line of sight, which happened to be able to see the scenic spot No. 67. The room is really big, the toiletries are very good, and there are no slippers in foreign countries. Everyone Prepare yourself in advance, the overall evaluation is really super comfortable.

This Hotel turned out to be the best hotel experience we have had! The decor of the hotel is just amazing, the most beautiful woodwork I have ever seen, with other areas being beautifully modern! From the minute we walked in we were taken care of! Our car, our bags and check in were so easy, front desk was excellent! The room was immaculate, very comfortable and a beautiful high end bathroom! The gym is all new equipment and perfect for a workout! Bar George is a great lively bar! We had brunch and lunch in the Bar during our stay and it was delicious! We also ate at the Restaurant and it was an amazing dining experience! They just don't make French food like this anymore!! HUGE compliments to the kitchen!! There was not one staff member that wasn't helpful and so pleasant!! My husband and I agreed that we would go back to Montreal just to stay in this hotel and to dine here again!!

Very good hotel, breakfast is also very good, very enjoy the hotel's service. There are many historic buildings on the street, and it is very convenient to travel. It is a very pleasant trip.

The surrounding environment is generally good. The road conditions are not very good. Parking is convenient. There are special people to help you. The hotel environment is good. The inside is very good. The facilities are very new.

Before departure, there were few reviews of the hotel. I checked in with doubt and entered the lobby from the old-fashioned high-end feeling at the gate. Although it is not like the luxurious lobby of some big-name chain hotels, the small and exquisite lobby of Burks instantly attracted people. After checking in smoothly, I went to the room. Although I chose the most ordinary room, I was attracted by the elegant and simple decoration and supplies. The color is mainly elegant in white, gray, and black. There are Nestle coffee machines and JBL in the room. Bluetooth audio and other small equipment, toilet equipment is also very high-end, also has slippers rare in Canadian hotels. Bedding feels particularly comfortable, and is more comfortable than Fairmont's. The hotel is located in the most lively area of Canada. Turn left and then turn left to the commercial street. There is lesuire shopping mall diagonally opposite. There are western food such as five guys and McDonalds. 20 minutes, observation platform observation360 is in the building behind the hotel. This hotel was advertised as a fine and luxurious resort by American Express. It came with $100 hôtel credit and free breakfast. I have to say the the people working at the hotel were great and very kind. The room was very nice as well. When I checked in , I was told that I could only use the credit toward the parking and the room mini bar because everything in the hotel was closed . This was a family trip , there isn’t much I can use in the mini bar. The restaurant was closed The bar was closed The gym was closed The boutique was closed Also, since the restaurant was closed, the free inclusive breakfast consisted of a boxed continental breakfast where you could not select anything . This was not very popular with my kids. We came back to our room after the fireworks and noticed the room hadn’t cooled . I called the front desk and they told me that the AC hadn’t been working properly in a few days . They kindly offered a fan which I accepted considering it was 75 in the room. They returned 15 minutes later with no fan because there were none available . We barely slept that night. All of these items should have been disclosed of before booking or before arrival. I would have booked another hotel had I known. The AC situation should have been disclosed of upon check in considering it had been going on for a few days. For us, this experience was very disappointing.

This hotel is considered to be decorated in North America with great care. The suite I ordered was very worthwhile. I ordered the decoration. After I came back, I didn't think about that city but this hotel! During the epidemic, hotels are stricter on wearing masks and temperature checks

Quite disappointed with the room provided vis-a-vis what was reserved. Two double beds instead of two queens was a tight squeeze for our family. I fail to understand why this happened, particularly since the room was booked two months in advance of arrival & secured with a credit card. I was told the hotel was fully booked for the weekend so the issue could not be remedied. That said, our room was on the pool level which was kind of nice. The room was clean and included a small fridge plus a safe. There was also a steamer which was handy for touching up formal attire. The hallways seemed a bit dim & May benefit from an update. They were quiet, without echos, which was nice however. Finally, the Metro station can be easily accessed through the building which is a bonus! Based on overall experience, I would recommend this hotel. I may consider it for future trips to Montreal but might be a bit apprehensive based on the room switch which occurred.

The CBC booked this hotel for my wife and I during our stay in Montreal. It was during the Jazz Festival, Cirque in the streets, and a great deal of other happenings. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly. The food (especially breakfast) was top notched and reasonably priced. The rooms are more on a European level/style, but the rainshower was great. Would high recommend this hotel.
