I attended the LeLux hotel August 18th to August 20th. I was advised by the front desk staff member that I would have to receive my 250 dollar deposit back through a cheque because I used a debit visa. I said that was fine and asked when I should expect the cheque in 3-5 business days. It’s almost been a month and they are actively evading my calls and emails. They fraudulently took 250 dollars from me. I urge you to not book with this hotel because you may be scammed like I was.
