I strongly advise against it, clearly not up to the standard of other Mercure hotels. The air conditioning doesn't work and the rooms are ovens, no sockets next to the bed, the ceiling in the bathroom very low, holes in the carpet, sunlight coming through the curtains and so on. The only positive point is that the staff is pleasant. Does not deserve its 4 stars, dilapidated establishment.

The location is great! The staff is pleasant. Small downside, there was hair stuck to the shower ceiling 🤔

Catastrophic: air conditioning that doesn't work, refrigerator broken, no water when I arrived around 4 p.m. .... no manager, only young interns who were trying to do the best by offering free drinks, they were absolutely not shoulders. What a disaster for a 4 star hotel. And the next day upon departure: no excuses presented.

還不錯，設施比較老舊，而且有兩家美居，谷歌導航是錯的。商務出行，總體還是很滿意的，房間能大一點就好了。

The hotel is located 15 min from the city center and easy to reach with a car. The reception looks new and welcoming. The service and check-in was friendly and fast. Unfortunately the rooms are old and not in a good shape. There is a lack of sockets so that you can't charge your phone next to the bed. Also the furniture was old and had a lot of damaged signs on them. The aircon was not working properly so that it was hot during the night, even that the outside temperature wasn't that high. The toilet was ok, but again looked too used. A renovation is definitely needed. The asked price for the night was also high, so that you cannot even speak of a good price/value ratio. The breakfast was ok. The hotel won't be my first choice next time.

Personnel très agréable et souriant aussi bien en réception qu'au restaurant. Diner sans surprise mais le burger était très bon. Buffet du petit déjeuner correct. Chambre grande, bien insonorisée mais dont la décoration commence vraiment à (mal) vieillir. impossible de trouver l'interrupteur des lampes de chevet (mais c'est peut-être moi).

À peine arrivé on vous fait une empreinte de carte bleue de 100 € par chambre on ne sait jamais ! Si encore les chambres étaient high-tech on pourrait comprendre mais la 216 est une catastrophe. Pas du tout à la hauteur du standing d’un hôtel **** aujourd’hui. J’ai une machine contre l’apnée du sommeil et il n’y a même pas de prise de courant à côté du lit ! La réceptionniste est venue m’apporter une rallonge et j’en ai profité pour lui signaler que la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Problème de piles m’a-t-elle dit. C’est pas comme si ils étaient censés faire les chambres et tester le matériel entre chaque client ! Dans cette chambre on étouffe d’ailleurs la réception m’a prévenu « on peut rien faire ». Mais de qui se moque t’on à la fin, on vous met sur le site ACCOR des chambres à partir de 120 € mais on oublie de vous préciser le contexte, le standing, etc…. On vous refile des chambres vieillottes juste pour vous prendre de l’argent, c’est inadmissible et pas du tout digne du groupe ACCOR. Dans un premier temps la réceptionniste m’a dit il faut voir ça avec ma direction et finalement m’a offert deux verres puisque j’ai pris deux chambres, pour demain matin au petit déjeuner. C’est vrai que le matin on a envie d’un bon mojito ! Après, je ne les blâme pas car les gens de l’accueil n’y sont pas pour grand-chose. Quand je pense que j’ai fait toutes mes réservations sur le site ACCOR, c’est la dernière fois.

Excelente nuestra estancia en este hotel. Habitación muy amplia, todo tipo de detalles: albornoz, zapatillas, máquina de café… Inmejorable la atención de su personal, con especial referencia a Leo que mostró una predisposición total durante nuestra estancia. Magnífica la ubicación a pocos minutos de la Place de la Comedie. Felicidades por todo.
