Enchanting structure in the ancient village of Monemvasia. Super friendly staff. The price is high but justified by the wonderful place.

Love the location and main bedroom. Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent. Due to the restrictions the government places on restoring ancient structures the bathroom was tiny, and you couldn’t stand to take a shower. Negative that isn’t their fault due to restoring restrictions. Other than that, very nice place to stay at.

Η εμπειρία από την διαμονή μας στα Λικίνια της Μονεμβασιάς ήταν μια απογοήτευση. Η επιλογή μας βασίστηκε αποκλειστικά στα 5 αστέρια που είχε λάβει από τους επισκέπτες του, ωστόσο γρήγορα αντιληφθήκαμε ότι αυτά πιθανόν να ήταν πλασματικά. Διότι κανένα θετικό σχόλιο δεν ανταποκρινοταν στην πραγματικότητα με αποτέλεσμα να νομίζουμε ότι υπήρχαν 2 ξενώνες με την ίδια ονομασία! Διότι, το μόνο θετικό που βρήκαμε στη διαμονή μας ήταν τα καθαρά και επαρκή δωμάτια και η τοποθεσία αυτών μέσα στο κάστρο. Η φιλοξενία της ιδιοκτήτριας ήταν μηδαμινή. Η συμπεριφορά της εριστική με αποτέλεσμα να αποτελούσε ζήτημα συζήτησης μεταξύ μας δημιουργώντας μας αρνητικά συναισθήματα. Το πρωινό βασικό αλλά όχι κακό. Ο Αλεξ στην ρεσεψιόν αρκετά εξυπηρετικός. Full of character
A place full of character in an amazing town The room was lovely with a comfortable bed, breakfast was good with friendly service from the cheerful Romanian gentleman(sorry never got your name)
Only slight negatives from me are that it would be nice to have kettle and the shower head had to be hand held.
Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
