The location are very near from the city center, so you can walk arround there

We enjoyed our stay here with excellent service with a smile always. The room is very spacious and clean although the floor is not carpeted. The housekeeping services were prompt and exceeded our expectations and special mention to the staff Andri. This hotel is well centrally located next to the shopping mall and my room has an awesome view of the Merapi. However, the breakfast selections and tastes still have room for improvement. Also, the towels provided a little worn out and discoloured.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

Good location near Jogja city mall. Room is quite old and not maintained well.

Staying at The Rich Jogja is pleasant because the rooms have been renovated according to current styles. The price is also very affordable, even though I stayed over the weekend, it was only around 600-700 thousand rupiahs for a deluxe room with breakfast. Many experiences and deep impressions staying here. The food is also delicious, access to the mall is also easy. Next time I will book again at The Rich.

morning 6am no one answered the service phone, no response for room request.

Nice to stay here, the room is clean and big, nice view. But i need to waiting an hour when i first arrived there. From the information i can check in at 14.00 but i chcek in at 15.00 coz the room is not available yet. Ah the nice one is i got a room 626 and my friends at 625, then we can waiting each other together like the pic 2 😄

Great stay. Just a bit crowded at weekend. Comfy bed make us can rest well. Thank you.
