i would say this is a nice hotel,i love their service,people are friendly, good to stay but pls do not go hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport.this hotel is crazy , the India or middle east lady is still there ,pretty arrogant ,and not good service,no idea.what she is doing there ,personally,not good to be with . and really influence the hotel without good training employees

We stayed at the DoubleTree in September prior to flying to Greece and were really impressed! Everything was very clean and the decor was modern and updated. Robert, our server at the Taza Grill, was delightful to talk to, and the meal was excellent. Joseph and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the airport shuttle driver, Qurshi, had a wonderful sense of humour and helped to make our experience a really enjoyable one. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is super convenient for early flights out of Terminal 3. In room coffee machine was a nice feature. The bed is quite high and very soft which made it difficult to get into. Staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and quiet. The room rate was high for the level of service offered.

I spent one night waiting for a flight, rm 1603 king executive, decent size, weak wifi, decent staff, bar stays open till 1130pm, clean room , I can’t think to write anything else to write two hundred characters so there that’s it no more ok great

Love that apartment. It has more than expected. It was clean and silent. Parking was ok if you follow the instructions, otherwise it can be hard to find. I would definitely come back

This hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.
