The hotel was good. Breakfast was good. I checked out early in the morning and went to the airport, but I missed my flight. The next flight was not until the afternoon. And I returned to the hotel, and staff kindly agreed when I asked to come back to my room before they cleaned it and stay until noon.

Close to airport. Shuttle every half hour. Average airport hotel, but the amenities are poor. Theoretically, the amenities should be plenty - there is an indoor pool, a fitness centre, even an indoor basketball court and a squash court! HOWEVER - the pool was closed for maintenance, the basketball court was closed for “essential upgrades”, the squash court was “out of service”, and the fitness centre was poorly lit…. They all seem to be permanently being maintained or not maintained well at all! So in reality, nothing was working

i would say this is a nice hotel,i love their service,people are friendly, good to stay but pls do not go hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport.this hotel is crazy , the India or middle east lady is still there ,pretty arrogant ,and not good service,no idea.what she is doing there ,personally,not good to be with . and really influence the hotel without good training employees

Staff were great- they accommodated an early check-in and were always pleasant to deal with. The suite was clean, and room service was quick and delicious. Service in the restaurant during peak dinner time is a little slow, but overall, it was fine. The lunch buffet was delicious and great value.

Nice enough and clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was also a plus. Downsides were many: the WiFi wasn’t free! The wake up call was late! And no basic amenities like bottled water, toothbrushes, slippers or robes. At least they had soap! You get so much more in Asia for a cheaper price.

Booked this for an early flight at the airport and did not stay for long in the hotel so not much comment on the service of the hotel, but check out was a breeze even at 3am. Located near the airport there is a 24 hour hotel-airport shuttle service that services the route between Pearson Airport and Hilton Toronto Airport & Suites every 15mins/30mins depending on the time of day. As there are many hotels that also have this service from the airport, do keep an eye out for the names of the hotel on the shuttle to identify the correct shuttle to take.
