酒店設施比較新，位置也比較方便，淋浴設備和電熱馬桶比較好的。 入住後，發現不夠友好情況和建議改進問題： 1、不夠友好情況：房間有二瓶水，因為天氣比較熱，希望多給一、二瓶的，卻沒有商量餘地。不過，前台戴眼鏡👓服務員比較好，表示請示後確不能再給水，但送一小蝶西瓜表示歉意。 2、改進方面：（1）淋浴花灑有數顯温度，比較新穎。開始熱水還可以，過一會兒熱水水温一直在28-30之間徘徊，等於洗了一個近似冷水澡。不知熱水是鍋爐送水，還是電加熱器送水，不過也沒有看到電熱水器。（2）衞生間🚻乾濕不分，好好的電熱馬桶被淋着濕透，而且還插着電（插座有外殼罩着）。關鍵還是，坐墊被加得過熱有點燙，但馬桶上沒有操作系統，馬桶邊上和其他地方也沒有看到遙控器 無法關閉坐墊的加熱。 冷水澡洗好，再去溝通，也不想再洗一次。開始使用馬桶🚽也是在入睡前的，已經是夜半了。反正住一晚，也懶得再與店家溝通了。不過，客人衹住一晚，酒店還得天天開門營業，其他房間是否存在類似問題。如果不是問題，建議在客人入住時，告知如何使用設備。

酒店位置佳，周邊吃飯的地方較多，離噴泉廣場兩三百米。酒店房間大設施新且較齊全，衞生間乾濕分離雙盥洗盆很方便。酒店的前台服務人員服務周到熱情，當我提出家庭套房較吵需要更換房間能夠配合攜程客服很好解決此事。 建議： 1、家庭套房（副樓）房間下面有一排餐廳排煙系統，一天三次做飯開啟時噪音太大，關上窗户都擋不住，如果睡眠不好的客人儘量不要選擇此房型（圖1-8）。同時建議酒店應在平台上明示已避免引起不必要的糾紛。 2、酒店規模很大，房間裝修設施都教好，但沒有配套的健身房、洗衣烘乾房，對於出行客人不太方便，同時酒店不能充足供應瓶裝水，兩瓶之外的水需要另外付款錢，與國內很多酒店還是有些差距，建議商家做好以客人為本的相關細節。
