説實在的真的很失望，第一次在外面住看到這種好像九十年代才會用的窗簾，窗户外面是廢棄工地，全是土，裏面設備很老舊，內裏跟一些招待所差不多。温泉池很小，游泳池不是恆温的，也沒有浴袍，從温泉池回房間路上還是比較冷的。温泉池裡看到有大媽搓腳，趕緊起來不泡了。衞生間洗漱台沒有熱水，洗澡區域的熱水也是半天不來，來了也不咋熱。早餐還算良心，有粥饅頭米線等等，但是鹵雞米線可能是給的是脖子部位沒啥肉沒感覺到好吃。

酒店沒有安保人員，本來酒店大堂跟房間比較分散應該有安保人員在每一棟酒店設定安保人員工位，我們因為酒店隔音效果極差，與其他住户發生口角之後，被他們沖到房間毆打，以至於我們受傷小孩受到驚嚇，酒店人員到半個小時之後才出現，我們在其酒店人身安全受到威脅，酒店方沒有任何錶示，沒有任何慰問！我們本來是被本地人推薦來這個酒店住的説泳池比較大，那知道酒店設施陳舊，水池水也不太乾淨，酒店隔音極差，無安保人員，各位想來彌勒泡温泉的一定不要來他們家，你人身安全得不到保障！
