位於紅河水鄉里麪，交通便利，周圍商家多，用餐出行都比較方便。前台服務熱情。唯一不足是房間下面有商户是酒吧，客人晚上喝酒非常吵鬧。

一次糟糕的住宿經歷
首先這家不是酒店，而是一家民宿，而且四星級也是自己標註的，並不是認證過的！整體水平也就是三星。
位置和交通：雖然在景區內離錢王門很近，附近吃飯的地方多，離景區不遠，但停車不容易，對於有行李拖家帶口的家庭不容易！因為去酒店都要爬一個石橋！
服務：前台服務很教條，訂了一間 loft 房間，發現樓梯很陡，因自身原因不能爬樓梯，隨提出換房型，前台説要退訂單，重新訂！住了上百家酒店都沒有遇到這樣的情況，換房或房間升級是最平常不過的，也是合理要求，但酒店勉強給換了一個普通標間帶陽台的，而且還説要補差價（最後補了 50 元），其實這個房間還不如那間 loft 房型，而且發現樓下就是景區酒吧，晚上非常吵鬧到三，四點，讓人無法休息，非常不適合睡眠不好的客人，千萬別住 205，305 房間！酒店基本上沒什麼其他服務，感覺還不如一些經濟型酒店！
早餐：早餐很簡單，除了米粉，就是粥和水果。
環境：環境還不錯，在景區內，吃飯方便，民宿門廳還算氣派，前面是水道，後面是一個湖.
酒店價格衹能説合理，但服務上的瑕疵和衞生狀況讓其大打折扣，還是要加強對員工的培訓，遮不住達到價格酒店的服務水平。

先説優點:
1.位置好，就在紅河水鄉里麪，景區夜晚很多小店，晚上吃個燒烤喝點小酒回酒店很舒服。
2.前台小姐姐服務態度很好，基本有什麼都會回覆。
3.酒店裝橫古色古香，一開門拍照打卡很棒。
4.酒店有兩個小湯池，比較乾淨，晚上泡一下很舒服。
缺點:
1.衞生真的有待加強，一打開廁所門口，居然有一紮頭髮!居然是四星標準的衞生水平。
2.洗衣服務，衣服沒有烘乾，然後還丟了一衹襪子在洗衣房。
3.隔音一般，晚上樓下喝酒吵吵鬧鬧。
4.空調聲音我比較接受不了，有比較明顯的出風聲音。
總結，四星標準估計就是酒店裝橫以及就在景區裏面達到這個，但是從軟件到硬件，估計就是三星左右，希望繼續加強吧。
