房間網絡斷了沒人修，早上出門要求打掃衞生，下午回到也沒人打掃。都是旅居長者，早餐搶，吵吵鬧鬧不適合旅遊人員居住。

原本以為某季某悦就是服務天花板了，沒想到這次入住被劉經理的"超能力"驚掉下巴！凌晨2點隨口提了句頸椎疼，十分鐘後她竟然帶着熱敷鹽包+按摩儀閃現敲門！更絕的是退房時發現她默默幫我們代購了鹵雞米線，説"看您刷美食視頻時多看了幾眼"——這是什麼讀心術管家啊！😱

1.價格貴也就算了，房間裏有臭味明顯，明顯的廁所裏洗的拖把！
2.停車是酒店員工讓去旁邊停車場停的（説退房時候給報銷），我就怕自己走錯了，還特意讓他帶我去，也沒帶，結果後面不給報銷停車費，75塊雖然不多，可是很噁心！
3.所謂的温泉酒店，其實就是兩個小熱水池，如果是奔着温泉來的，千萬別來。

酒店乾淨，大堂休息區給人感覺很放鬆，每天都有免費的茶可以和喝，也可以自己在大堂“圍爐煮茶”。温泉區雖然衹有三個泡池，但小孩也玩得挺開心的。前台小姐姐也很熱情，走時還送了小孩子新年禮物🎁
