Overall the stay was quite comfortable. Breakfast was EXCELLENT for a 4 star hotel with a good selection, and great great coffee of sorts.

Located near main shopping area. However hotel is not luggage friendly, long flight of stairs to go into hotel, lifts are incredibly small. No help received to move luggages when checking out. Heater is fantastic but lack ventilation in the rooms. Hotel has no hair conditioner and needs to request for bathrobe. Service staff is not very friendly.

The environment is good, it seems to be a four-star hotel. You can borrow an umbrella at the front desk. The toilet is very big! This is the first stop I stayed in Italy when I just landed. I don’t know if I was tired, but I felt that the bed was very comfortable.

It's about 12-15 minutes' walk from the central train station. The lobby is small, but the triple room I booked is the largest in my entire trip to Italy. It has two beds, one large and one small, a bathtub, and can receive CCTV international TV stations. Everything else is standard and didn't leave much of an impression.

The service was a bit slow! But the room was great! The location was also great!

The four-star service is for the front desk who checks in during the day. I can't complain about the front desk on duty at night. The discrimination is so serious that I am speechless. The hotel facilities are good. It is also one of the few hotels in Europe that has slippers.

It's not far from the train station, but it's a bit tiring to walk. The subway station is closer than the train station, and the row behind the main road is relatively quiet.

There is parking under the hotel, even though it is a bit expensive in Meekezi location. The rooms are large enough and the facilities are sufficient.
