Hotel Milano Regency Reviews

The hotel was very clean. Receptionists we're all super helpful and fantastic. The location was good for me but far from Milano Centrale, which is where I needed to be. There are 3 restaurants across the street. All 3 super busy and food was great. First night, I went to another restaurant in Piazza Firenze, which was also great. About 300m there is a lot of public transport to various areas of Milano. Like a tram to Cadorna, for example. Area doesn't look too safe at night, but I am a single woman and had no problems walking around. I saw some policemen walking around. Maybe that helps. There is a nice little patio downstairs, but I was there for 5 minutes and the mosquitos were too close for comfort. I didn't ask the receptions for help, I am sure they would have giving me something but I was tired and just went to my room to see: Young Montalbano... 😉

Old hotel, old facility

Overall, Hotel Milano Regency offers good value for those seeking a stay with character and easy access to Milan’s highlights. While there are areas for improvement, the hotel’s charm and service make it a worthy choice for travelers for a short term stay.

Clean hotel with excellent amenities, easy accessible to public transport

No active bar or evening meal options. This is the only hotel I have stayed at where these facilities are not available. Breakfast was also abysmal. Will not stay again or recommend.

Old hotel and small room , but clean. Easy to access public transport. Staff were friendly and you could store luggage after checked out.

Beautiful place. This is the only hotel i feel safe in milan. Unfortunately all the hotels in milan they are aggressive even i stayed 3-4star hotels

It’s not a good location and the room is extremely hot - they won’t turn off the heating and so I didn’t get any sleep. The gym is under construction and when I asked why they advertised the gym (thats the only reason I booked it!) I was told, “It’s available but just not to use.” The wifi doesn’t work upstairs and the man told me, “It’s because everyone is using it.” (I have screenshots of two different times). The shower goes from cold to hot and the temperature gauge is just for show. The area is far away from the centre and not safe at night. Honestly, for this price there is so much better you can go for. Please check their google reviews. It’s far more accurate. How did this hotel get 4 stars?

Hotel staff were absolutely great, very welcome and happy to help in anyway they can, the hotel has great transport links.

Hotel Regency was one thing that I would remember about Milan. I’m a lazy review writer but the extraordinary services of hotel, wonderful amazing staff, and nice clean quiet rooms made me write this review. I highly recommend recommend this place for a calm and amazing stay in Milan. Besides hotel provides free water bottle on arrival and sprinkle water . Breakfast was awesome as well. Simple but very nice and delicious.
