Demidoff Hotel Milano Reviews

After a nightmare morning, I was warmly welcomed at the hotel by a very helpful and friendly receptionist, who recommended a nearby sandwich store (which was tasty) while I waited for check in to open up. Room itself was basic, but clean. Only quibble was A/C didnt work too well. Fine location with a 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale and about 25 minutes to the Duomo plaza. Plenty of eateries and shopping nearby.

The hotel is so clean, and the staffs are very kind and friendly. The hotel is near to the Train station and very Close about 30 mns to the famous touristic spots.

I love this hotel. It is located centrally and the receptionist was accommodating. The room was clean and there was a hot water in the shower. There’s also an electric kettle and teas and coffees, a safety deposit box to keep my valuable things such as my passport and purse. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast enough. I would recommend this place.

A deposit of €150 has been taken from me which was supposed to be refunded but not yet received it back in my card. I would request to refund it asap. I checked in at around 2:am on 3rd June, I opted for late check out, hotel informed that late check out can be possible max till 14:00 and they changed €50 for that, in the morning when asked to extend my reservation till next day, they didn't adjust the amount €50 which I gave for late check out, on top of that they charged me €110 more for this extension, I would have expected better service here.

The location was very good and the staff were friendly.

Very close to the Milano Centrale what helps a lot and also close to the metro station. The room was great, just a bit dark. The bathroom is clean, however to take shower it was a bit difficult because showers faucet was really hard to open/close, and how there's no curtains the bathroom got wet

The hotel has good potential but I was assigned a different room than the one in the reservation as they say that they don't work with TRIP.com. Too bad the rating could have been better. Greetings, GB

The hall is very beautiful but it's a shame the rooms are not yet renovated, although they are very clean but not very comfortable

For so many years, it was the first time I spent more than 2,000 euros to stay in such a bad room. Fortunately, I only slept for five or six hours before leaving. During the home exhibition, hotel prices doubled. The next day, it was 680 euros per night, which was ridiculously expensive!

It is really the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The sound insulation effect is very poor and the underground subway is running loudly. I really don’t understand why Ctrip charges such a price for such a hotel. ***I also left a bottle of shower gel there. The place where the shower gel is placed in the shower is very high. I didn’t pay attention. This hotel is so small and bad that I didn’t take any pictures.

The facilities are outdated, the environment and sanitary conditions are poor, and the air conditioner will automatically stop when it is adjusted below 28 degrees, which is really weird!

It was chilly at night. The hotel is next to the metro. Breakfast is modest. The staff is wonderful

The hotel's location was okay, it was right in the city, and there were many places to eat and see nearby. I think it's a good hotel to stay overnight.
