Popular Middle Franconia 4-star Hotels

It is a four-star hotel, I am really disappointed, the hotel has no system, the system is messy. When I arrived that night, it was close to 12:30 in the middle of the night. When I checked in, I didn’t have a room for us. We have confirmed the room and the money has been paid. The front desk clerk only said sorry to you. I asked to see the manager. She said that the manager was sleeping. I really can’t believe it! We waited close to 1:15 and several of our ladies couldn't find another house so late. Booking was brought in, and their after-sales service was superb, which made me look different. We were anxious and their clerk Leon responded immediately and helped. Things were resolved, and finally we stayed at another hotel and will not book Mercure hotels in the future.

The Wifi was terrible. I checked in and the front desk gave me a room card after a long time. When I opened the door, a man in shorts appeared... I went down to the front desk again and they said that there was probably a problem with the system. Then both of them said sorry without any apology and upgraded my room. I was so tired that I didn't bother to argue with them. The upgraded rooms have the same facilities, but they are larger and have a bathtub in the bathroom.

Very nice experience, didn't try the hotel food, but the service was very friendly and the room was clean. Parking costs 12 euros per day. Can communicate in English. It is very interesting to have a toy museum in the old town, as well as Dürer's former residence

A good hotel in itself. Breakfast is really great. Room is clean. I just thought it was a shame when I checked in that, despite having booked a double bed, I was given a room with two single beds on the grounds that I could push the two beds together to make one. Because that's the same as a double bed. :( It's like ordering baked potatoes in a restaurant and instead being served fried chips on the grounds that they're made from potatoes. So I lost points for the service.

A positive surprise! We didn't expect the drinks in the room to be free. This was equipped with cola, water, apple juice and beer. Of course we have been very happy about the attention. The wellness area with the small sauna, 4 showers and 4 beds is small but fine and was as beautiful as showered. The room is modern and functionally furnished. Also it has comfortable beds for a relaxing sleep. I am very noisy and I found the hotel very pleasant. The only thing where there is some improvement potential is cleanliness in detail. Although at first sight everything seems very clean, at second sight, you see that for example the graduate in the shower was not cleaned in the rib, as well as the rain shower. The floor probably has not been wiped for longer. We have recognized on our socks later, with the eye it was not to recognize.😅 The location of the hotel is super, shopping country and many restaurants are reachable fluidly quickly. Specially recommended is Asian to the shopping country. Cheap and delicious. ☺️ You also walk to the old town. The positive part of this hotel is largely large. There are also small hygiene deficiencies. Price performance matches here. 👌 We're happy to come back to the hotel! ❤️ Thanks to the friendly lady at the reception. 💁🏻♀️

Wir waren dort für eine Nacht. Die Lage ist super. Der Parkplatz ist mit 20€ pro Nacht etwas überteuert. 12€ für den Parkplatz wären meiner Meinung nach angemessen. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir nicht mit Frühstück oder ähnliches gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Fenstervorhänge hatten leider dunkle Flecken. Dies wurde dem Personal beim Check-out mitgeteilt. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Every time I take the car and take things, I have to go far and trouble the staff to lead it. It's convenient and cheap to park in the public parking lot.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der alten Stadtmauer, perfekt für einen Bummel durch die historische Altstadt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war ebenfalls reichlich und lecker.

Very good and clean hotel! Friendly staff and delicious breakfast! The location is good even it’s not in the downtown. The transportation is convenient. It took 15 minutes to get to the downtown from the hotel.
