I made mistake for booking the hotel…. Booked in another city… hotel refused to cancel my reservation?!!!!! I’m not even in Taiwan…. I don’t understand I explained my situation clearly. What is the problem

The environment is very peaceful, the equipment is new, but I don’t know why there are ants next to the water dispenser🤨It’s really pet-friendly and there is no price increase. The staff is kind and full of smiles. It’s a great accommodation experience ❤️

A large amount of water leaked from the air-conditioning pipeline in the room in the middle of the night. It was as scary as heavy rain.

The facilities are relatively old. Overall, the motel rooms are quite small. There are no anti-slip mats or floor mats in the toilet and bathroom After taking a bath, it's quite slippery to get out of the tiled bathtub. It would be better if there were cushions

The whole room smells of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner blows down and the smell of cigarette smoke is diffused. I have been smoking secondhand smoke all night.

Overall, everything is very good. On the morning of August 22, we happened to encounter maintenance. The repairs started at 7 a.m. and I kept being woken up while sleeping. The check-out time was 12 o'clock. I wanted to sleep more and was woken up by the sound of maintenance.
