Miami Beach Hotels with Pools

It was wonderful having the ocean in your backyard. Pool was amazing especially at night. Room was smaller than we had expected. The location was amazing. Shops and restaurants lined the streets.

Seascape is the emperor's new seascape. The extra RMB 100 is considered to be a treat for the seagulls at the pier to eat French fries. If you are not very close, it is not recommended for two people to stay in a room, the bed is a bit narrow. It is not recommended to bring white towels. The hotel staff will take them away as their towels, and then your towels will be gone. But the decoration of the hotel is good, and the people at the front desk are also very nice. Shampoo is good. The bed was also comfortable. Still very good. Don't spend too much money to live in a sea view room!

The first room we were offered was dirty (dirty carpet, dirty bathroom and a lot of dust. We went to complain and they gave us a clean one. Service is not good. It depends a lot on the person serving you. The restaurant's exceptional food is fourth. Great pool. Good place.

The service is average, the facilities are good, and the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. Very impatient. Ask the front desk hotel what content, let us see for ourselves. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very good, but I hope the service can also keep up.

Super clean hotel, wonderful bed, quiet room, excellent shower. The pool is very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful and served us a delicious cookie at the entrance and two beautiful returnable bottles of water in the room. I highly recommend the hotel!!!’

perfect location to walk to everywhere. pool & beach area are worth the price alone. poolside service & food was good. some rooms are updated and some are not. we had 2 rooms, one 2 bed updated room that was nice but the pipes made a noise every time the water was turned on. another king bed small suite that was not updated. I enjoyed this room as it had a walk in closet, kitchenette, separate sitting area & partial ocean view. the kitchenette could of had a microwave, would of made it better. overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!

It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

Our experience was very bad. Check in took 30 minutes. We went to the beach to discover there was NO BEACH CHAIRS available. Just terrible. We had to lay on our towels in the sand.The front desk person was a trainee and did not have the correct knowledge of the rooms as she said one of our rooms had a partial beach view when in fact it had a front beach view. The other room she said had a partial view when in fact it had NO BEACH view. You had to go onto the terrace to see a sliver of water at the extreme left.
