Overcharged for 2 nights.
1. I pre-deposited 2 nights' room rate, and after I arrived at the store, I paid 2 nights' room rate. I actually stayed for 2 nights, but I paid 4 nights.
2. The hotel check-out time is 1 pm, I asked the front desk if I could postpone the check-out, the front desk agreed, but when I checked out at 8:30 pm, they charged me for another day's room rate.

Pros: Free bar, the restaurant staff is very professional and friendly
Cons: The room is very very small! It is so small that you can't walk after opening the suitcase.
The door is also very small.
The cleaner put the slippers under the bed.
The cleaner put the items in different drawers and cabinets, but there was no notice, which led to looking for things everywhere.
One day after renewing, I was notified by phone that I had to pack my luggage and change rooms. Since I was in another state, I asked the reason over the phone whether the room type was different. The reply was the same room type because other people stayed in my room number. I couldn't understand it. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I took the initiative to ask the front desk again. The front desk explained that the room type was different, saying that we were now staying in a ”deluxe room” and I renewed the ”ordinary room”. Because I didn't move, I had to pay the difference. Is there a smaller room than this? Don't you have to crawl in and out? Moreover, the booking interface of Ctrip always has only two room types: single bed and double bed, and never has the words luxury or ordinary.
Downtown hotels with similar hardware are much cheaper. Or hotels with much higher grade at the same price. Although the restaurant's value-added services are good, it's not worth it considering the price difference.
The next hotels were also pitfalls. Ctrip's overseas hotel ratings have problems.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main attractions, and is considered the best hotel in Mexico City. The room was clean, the bed was a bit soft, the window could not be opened, and like most American and Mexican hotels, the shower head could not be removed for hand-held washing.

Environment: Good location, 1 minute away from the subway station, 711 or OXXO supermarkets in front and behind, roadside stalls in front of the hotel, you can try Taco, 5 minutes walk to KFC and a small square, all selling tourist products, by the way, 6 minutes walk nearby there is an M7 that can go directly to the entrance of the Museum of Humanity

I have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

Excellent
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.
GGuest UserExceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City
My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question.
The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks.
What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference.
I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
AAnonymous UserAll the staff were kind and cheerful and very cozy.
The room was large and clean and comfortable.
I stayed on the day of the dead, so I had chocolate.
MMonesh AsswaniLocated at center of the city, restaurants, convenient stores, banks all near by. Staff is nice and friendly, clean rooms, restaurent downstairs in case you dont want to walk far. highly recommended. Not many ameties but Worth for the price you pay.
GGuest UserThe location is awesome. The hotel is more than basic, the pictures are a bit deceiving. There wasn't even space for us to put our clothes, no wardrobe nothing. Four days and our clothes had to stay in our bags or around the room.
It also didn't have a good mirror, only one in the bathroom which is not convenient.
The hotel is on a 4th or 3rd floor, I honestly can't remember but it was a lot of stairs, and it's inside a building that resembled a small shopping center.
It's walking distance to a lot of attractions, very good location.
The breakfast was good, freshly prepared for each individual. There's a very nice rooftop, don't miss it.
The hotel is not quiet at all, but I guess it's because of the location, it's hard to get a good night sleep if you're easily awakened :)
Upon arrival the man on the checking desk asked me to fill yet another form that had weird questions like if I liked dogs or cats and he said that I had to take a selfie! He said this was for verification reasons and that ”booking” asks him to do so, I told him I already verified my reservation and that I booked via Trip.com, he insisted at first and then when I was firm he said that it's ok and that there was no need.
AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.
TtobyzhouThis hotel is quite affordable in Mexico City. It is very good. The breakfast is very rich... The fruit is delicious... The front desk service is also very good. Very warm and attentive
AAnonymous UserThe location is good, the cleanliness and facilities are acceptable though not great. But the only thing that bothers me is the ventilation in the room, which cannot be turned off manually. The constant noise it makes makes me sleep badly at night.
