The hotel is in the city center, and there are many night market stalls downstairs where you can eat. The law and order here is so-so, so you still have to be more careful. Everything else is pretty good, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is particularly good. There is always a small problem, that is, there is an electric fan in the room, and there is no air conditioner.
Excellent location, in the reception are not very attentive to the moment of registration****, and a very bad detail with room 314, has not enough ventilation, has no air conditioning or at least one ventilator, I had to ask a fan at reception to take over how terriblely closed the warmth was in the room (they were very careful to take it to me) but if it is a bad detail, the hotel is well.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. In addition, the water of the shower does not flow then there is a lake in the bathroom all day. And the spot from where the water falls (a black spot around where the water of the shower falls) is shaky. They need to change ceramics and improve drainage. The other thing that was complicated is that by the wet bathroom the chair of the room is horribly dirty and spent, certainly for being wet most of the time. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Casa MX Alameda is okay, just minutes from the subway station. You need to make your own bed, and you will be given a sheet that can be used for a mattress. The second sheet can be used to cover your body and isolate a blanket! Do you know why? Seriously suspected of fleas on the blanket! !! !! I have a lot of bags on the bite, so itchy! !! !! !! Breakfast is a little bit of fruit, coffee, something that looks like milk, corn flakes, bread. . You don't have to eat. . . The terrace on the top is particularly large, the chairs are hollow and comfortable, and the kitchen is ok, but messy, with oil and salt, the refrigerator is large enough, but full. In addition, the bowls and plates are made of plastic. I feel that they are not clean after washing. The pots and pans are all too messy. There are also TV sofa rooms, recreation rooms, sports lounges. On the left side is the OXXO convenience store. On the left side, there is a coffee shop or a breakfast shop. Printing is free on the second floor, and there is a computer for free Internet access. The toilets are large and the bathrooms are slightly small, but the hot water is not bad. The laundry room is locked, you can spend 80 pesos, the guard takes you to the top floor washing machine to wash, there is a dryer, 80 pesos together, you can dry again without drying, but you must guard from the first floor It is inconvenient to get the key to open the door of the laundry room. There is a dilapidated place on the top of the building for drying clothes. The sink is concrete square, so it's not easy to wash clothes. I have a folding basin.
It is a budget hotel. You get what you pay for if you like to travel this way. We were in a 3 bedroom suite. Not enough information about how the breakfast worked. Towels were old, Showers were horrible. Barely any hot water if 2 mins worth. Furniture very stained and place was dirty. Definitely a budget hostel. Lots of street noise. Very minimal supplies in the kitchen ie one dish cloth, no broom. We couldn’t clean the place. Although Sergio didn’t speak English he did try to communicate with us. It would have been nice to have some signage/ explanations in English. Reviews on ******* were what sold us but unless we got the substandard room, we expected a bit better. I would not stay here again.

I stayed here 43 years ago with my wife and now with our 17 year old grandson. I asked for an ADA room and exterior view. Room 216. I know it was the noisy side but I wanted our grandson to see the Zocalo which he did. Room was spotless but the easy chair was old and should be in the garbage. No microwave or minifridge but that's ok. I speak Spanish but everyone there speaks English to varying degrees. One manule operated elevator and there is no ramp for wheelchairs. The staff is very helpfu. We had breakfast on the 7th floor overlooking the Zocalo. American style eggs/bacon etc $10 w/o tip. It was built in 1937 and has a real personality. I will go back again but it won't be another forty years since I am 75!

This was my second time staying here and all I can say is Jose Luis was wonderful to me and my family, he was always the highlight of my day 🫶🏼 always giving us 100 percent and helping us out in everything we needed. ALL of the staff like Victor who helped us out with our bags was expect exceptional! And one of the servers from the rooftop whose name is Marco was so wonderful and did such a great job. I really appreciate everyone who helped us out. The only down fall was I wanted to have dinner with my family on the 25th to celebrate my husbands birthday but they were charging 1,500 pesos per person which was ridiculous and all bc there was a concert. I also felt like that day they didn’t care about anyone there expect what was going on with grupo firme. Another thing was a waiter from the rooftop “Edgar” was SUPER rude both times we got him as a waiter and wanted to charge me extra for the buffet when it was included. I felt discriminated because he was paying attention to Americans which is crazy because I am an American as well but since he saw I’m obviously Hispanic he probably thought I was from there. Those two things were the only downfall of the hotel but other then that I had a really great time and I appreciate all the staff that helped me out in everything. I truly truly appreciate it

Choosing to live in the old town is very convenient to go to the National Gallery, National Art Palace, Tequila Museum and other places. The hotel is located near Constitution Square. It is heavily guarded and relatively safe. The internal environment of the hotel is also quite comfortable, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The arranged room faces the church, and you can ”tour” the bustling square while sitting on the sofa~

The Hostel is very clean and Guadalupe is so helpful and charismatic while helping you with check in process 🙂, I had a great time in the snack bar and very good way to know more people from Mexico and other countries as well.
