Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio.
The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.

Most of the hotel attendants speak English and pop-up tours must carry personal cleaning supplies including slippers. The laundry service provided by the hotel is very expensive but there is a laundry shop down the street next door
lobby has a big screen to watch football, a total of three restaurants one of the steak is very good. It's worth a try

Staying in Mexico City for two days, the location of the hotel is not much felt, but the hotel itself is very beautiful, the design is very strong, the hotel's buffet breakfast is also very good, the restaurant is also very beautiful, the hotel is very convenient to the largest museum in Mexico City
It is indeed antique🌹It is a building built in 1907 after all, so I took a lot of photos inside the hotel. The room is nice. Although it is a bit old, the hygiene is good. I especially like that there are windows on both sides. The morning sun comes in and it is very comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor is good. It has a good environment and a wide variety of food. It is not expensive and could be used as a brunch restaurant. However, there is no USB socket in the room, which is not as convenient as a new hotel. In addition, the hotel is divided into several areas. The rooms on Londres Road are the best, and the ones facing Liverpool are darker.

Located in the city center and really convenient to take the subway just next door to ibis. That’s line 3. Spend 5 Pesos to move around in Mexico City. 5 minutes away to the Park and 10 minutes to Place of Art. Three Chinese restaurants and 7/11 , supermarket next to hotel. Bring your bottle for cold or hot water at the ground floor.

This hotel provides good facilities (fitness room, free WiFi, restaurant, bar, Starbucks) and has a great location. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is doing an excellent job to keep the facility and rooms clean, and to adhere to current health condition and following best practices. It's been a while since my last stay at Fiesta Americana, but even for a short stay it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend the Fiesta Americana Reforma.

Sofitel is certainly the best hotel in CDMX right now. The pool and restaurants are very, very, very good, the rooms beautiful and spacious, and the service is world class. Special thanks to Diego, one of the managers.

TTINGKUNLocated on the Reforma Avenue, the hotel is less than 1 km from the Museum of Anthropology and the Angel Independence Column. It is conveniently located about 8 minutes on foot from Metro Line 1. The breakfast at the hotel tastes good and has local features, but the variety is small. The buffet breakfast has two options, the regular version and the local special edition. Unfortunately, even the second one is not very rich. I tried the dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the average restaurant. The red velvet cake sold in the hotel's bakery tastes good and is inexpensive and worth recommending. The hotel's swimming pool is relatively small, the gym is not very big, and there are few people in the evening.

GGuest UserStayed for in November for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It's like having your own apartment but someone comes and cleans it. Here is the run down: Pros: -Very spacious. Like I mentioned, it's pretty much like a serviced apartment. There is full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and even a balcony. There's not much of a view but it's still nice to be able to sit outside -Free laundry. Although it's a little creepy because you have to go to the parking garage and it's literally one washer and one dryer. But the good thing is that you don't have to leave the building to go down there -There's a convenience store and a taco cart right downstairs -They keep the main door locked at certain hours, which gave us some peace of mind -One free bottle of wine per stay (at least we had it because I booked through Hotels.com) -2 free bottles of water per day Cons: -Location is a bit far from most areas you'd probably want to visit as a tourist. It's still accessible (for example, the Angel of Independence is about a 10 min walk) but we mainly ubered everywhere. There are restaurants within walking distance but none of the popular restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay. It was very comfortable and we felt relatively safe. But I think if I were to come back to Mexico City, I would probably stay closer to where all the good restaurants are at.

GGuest UserCamino Real Polanco in Mexico City is known for its art and architecture. However it is a hotel, not a museum, and in hotel services it leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, we needed a doctor and had a name and phone number. The first concierge we asked to make a call to the doctor because we do not speak Spanish, not only failed to help but also made us feel as if we were imposing on his time. There were a number of frustrations, including our key cards being cancelled twice during our 10 day stay. The most annoying occurrence was when we returned to our room at 3 pm on our last day to find the maid in our room. We asked her to leave and come back later as we were getting ready for an early dinner. When we returned at 6:30, the room was not made up. We called housekeeping and asked that it be cleaned right away. Housekeeping called back immediately to ask if we needed the room cleaned. We confirmed that we did, and asked again that it be cleaned ASAP. We went out for a walk as the bar and lobby seating area were closed because a promotional video was being filmed. (We were given no advance warning that this was being done, and were offered nothing for the inconvenience.) We returned to our room at 7:30. Still not made up. We went to the front desk, asked to see the manager and were told he was unavailable. Front desk called housekeeping and got no answer. We were asked at one point what the hotel could do for us - and we said “make up our room”. It was finally finished a little after 8 pm. We were offered nothing for the inconvenience, and never did hear from the manager. It is truly sad that this well-located, historic hotel is so poorly managed.

ZZIXUANThe plane in the evening, so I set a night more, the bathroom has a taste, made a strange smell when entering the door, the door card won, and can not be opened for thousands of years, on the 22nd floor! Then the elevator went to the lobby to re-engage the card, and the result was still brushed many times to open! dislike...

GGuest UserThe location is very good, and the surrounding area is also very convenient. Must be in room 2, the view is very good, directly facing the independent column of the angel. The biggest problem with the hotel is that the network signal is not good. If you want to have a business video meeting, it is not recommended.

Overall a nice but very old and dusty hotel which once used to be the grande old dame of Mexico. It used to be a five star hotel a long time ago. Now it’s in dire and serious need of renovation. A pity they can’t or don’t want to maintain it in better conditions. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and proactive. The carpets were dirty and the light switches straight out of 1945. AC was at least 60 years old, Wi-Fi was actually working well. This could become a wonderful place with a lot of investment. A true beauty in its time, now it’s just like a dying elephant 😔😢😭. This could be soooo much better.

5536franciscogWe found it by chance but we finished staying 6 nights. The hotel has a lift which is very good and its rooms are very comfortable, although they are not large. They do not offer breakfast but it is not really necessary because on the corner they sell a great cake at a good price a lady that is in the morning and is also a office area and there are many places close. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
