Hotel Adria has Exceptional service with kindness, dignity and cleanliness. The front staff always available ready to serve with a smile. Sara at the front desk helped exponentially in many facets and always in a professional friendly manner. The breakfast kitchen staff attends and provides royalty service experience. Just a 15 minute slow walk to the train station and just a few blocks from many bus stops More than anything else is this... I have traveled nearly the world , my 4 day's in Venice is part of a 44 day personal vacation and understand the importance of do and don't expectations when booking online. As we all know things are not always what they appear to be. My point is this.. Hotel Adria service & experience is 5 star exceptional. Fazio/Houston, Texas

Stazione Mestre
Good location where is close to the train station . However, you have to take a bus to the Venice main island. It takes about 10 minute. Staff are very nice and helpful and wifi is good. If you do not choose to stay at Venice main island , I will recommend you to choose.

Stazione Mestre
When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

Self-driving in Italy because of the inconvenience of parking in Venice, I chose this hotel in Mestre. 1. The hotel is located at the high speed exit, 1.4 kilometers from the train station and takes only 18 minutes. The train will soon take you to Venice. 2. Free parking with plenty of parking spaces, no problem overnight; 3. The surroundings of the hotel are very good, the Parkhotel deserves its name and the dinner also has the characteristics of northern Italy. 4. The lobby is decent and the space is fine. The front desk and the waiters are very welcoming. Overall, a great and very comfortable stay.

Mestre Centro
My recent stay at Hotel Venezia in Mestre was truly enjoyable! Located just a 5-minute walk from the tram and bus station with easy connections to Venice, the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. Mestre itself is a charming town with nice places to eat and drink, and we were lucky to experience a nice street market right outside the hotel during some days of our stay. The staff at Hotel Venezia were exceptional—always willing to help with any request and make us feel right at home. The continental breakfast included unlimited drinks and food and was a fantastic way to start each day. We also appreciated the elegant Venetian decor and the lovely small balcony in our room. Although it would have been nice to have chairs there, just having the balcony was a great bonus. Overall, a great hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommended!
