Exellence service, nice staff. The traffic is very convenient

The hotel atmosphere is amazing, the room inside is clean and comfortable. Especially, I like the location, it’s very near to the station.

should not go under the overpass around Mestre area cus there were a few crazy people with ***** or something. Besides on it we spent good time at this place.

Family room were dusty. Kitchen has alot of useful tool, however the water boiler is in terrible condition & the kitchen is smelly. Staff were very friendly.

Very close to the train station, excellent location. Many restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and they helped me to keep my luggage inside the storage room. The room is spacious and clean but the bed and the pillow not so comfortable. Overall it is a very nice option as a budget hotel.

Everything is good , worth for money you spend , all young lads from different country , the night Karaoke quite enjoyable .

Highly recommended for short layovers like ours—this hotel was a great choice! We had a great experience at A&O Hotels in Venice. The place was neat and tidy, with convenient access to both the train station and bus stops. It’s in a perfect spot for a quick walk to nearby food shops and restaurants. The room was affordable, with plenty of storage space to keep things organized. Breakfast was available at an additional charge, which was a nice option.

Everything is very good. Top class location, 24/7 reception. Very lively place. Big reception area, shared kitchen, kids play area. I just loved it. The only thing to note is: it's a hostel so lots of Young kids. Hence lots of noise as well but I loved it.

Vary close to Venice but terrible and very Dirty place. Linen and walls in the room vary dirty. This is not suitable for families l.

Good room Good service

The only complaint was about noise. I can hear people talk next door. Clear enough, but only if I understand their languages. I requested a quiet room and yes I we were arranged to nearly the last room of the floor, but the room isn't soundproof. It was very annoying because people were up late. Excellent location: last bus stop before going on the bridge to Venice Island, so it's always crowded going out and returning. Something to consider if you need to sit or travel with kids or elderly. Friendly staff: checking in was smooth. Cleanliness: acceptable. Towels have some dirts on. The shared kitchen is small but packed with people. We just went to check it out, but it stinked. Overall I think it was great. If your budget is limited, this is the best option.
