Toilet bowl need to be fixed, the lighting arrangement is not comfortable, there is a hanging bulb at eye level so keep on touching our head when passing the desk area which is quite unsave

Just once staying at this hotel, thank you for the very disappointing service, I booked a month before staying, with room type A but when I arrived I was given room type Z, with the reason that the room I booked was full and the guest who stayed more than 1 night and the guest arrived earlier, and this room type Z was said to be the same as the room type A that I chose, from the price when I booked it was already different. Too many long-winded reasons and it turns out that I'm not the only one who complained but the guest just before me also got the same thing. As long as I book this new hotel I get very disappointing service.

The hotel is unique, I like the design and colorful accessories, the location is good, it's a shame the maintenance isn't good, our room had a drainage smell, when I checked in there was aromatherapy, but after it died the toilet drainage smell started to appear, the hand shower it already needs to be replaced, indeed our room rates are not expensive so don't expect perfect ones. But maintenance must still be considered for the comfort of guests.
