I got this during Ctrip's September promotion. At over 400 a night, the price/performance ratio is amazing. Although it's a bit early to check out at 10 o'clock, downstairs is one of the best food streets in Melbourne (let's just say one of them). Living in the city is very convenient for me who travels alone and has no car and relies on walking. It's not far from everywhere, including South Bank, which is only about ten minutes by taxi. The sound insulation and service are good. I recommend it!
