Booking was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist exceeded expectations. The location couldn’t have been better. The linen was fresh. Although I have given it a 3 star rating due to cleanliness in the rooms. It could definitely benefit from an upgrade. There were spider webs throughout, the bathroom door was rotting away and the bath was not very clean. Would have been better with air conditioning throughout the entire apartment.

I stayed there on January 22nd and 23rd, but the lift was out of order and there was a lot of noise even at night and early morning due to major construction nearby. In addition, the window frame was partially damaged, allowing wind to enter. It is recommended to make a reservation after lift repair and construction is completed.

Amazing location. But much older and run down than expected. Couches we so old and soft that I had to help me parents get in and out.

Flinders Landing Apartments are in a great location close to some of the best restaurants and bars in Melbourne and the staff are lovely and very accommodating.

Room was old but still neat and tidy

The location is really good. However, I cannot open the window. The restaurant has an exhaust fan outside, so it smells and makes noise, making it noisy. Additionally, the sound of wine and beer bottles being loaded and unloaded is heard in the restaurant even into the early hours of the morning. Because it is an old apartment, there is no soundproofing, so you may have trouble sleeping. Everything else is satisfactory.
