This hotel’s location is really nice even if it’s far from haram but near from a lot of other places have so many restaurants … the service was really disappointing, and the cleaning service wasn’t available elevator not working to the 2 floor … i recommend it for short staying only as the price is low otherwise i don’t recommend it … the have just one bus to haram and i had to always pay for the taxi which wasn’t good at all.

It was ok. I think they need English speaking person in front desk it would help them.

Good Staff and Spacious Rooms, but Several Issues to Address I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, there were also several issues that need attention. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I've ever encountered at a hotel—it lacked variety, and the quality was disappointing. One major inconvenience was the shuttle bus to the Haram, which was consistently late, causing unnecessary delays. Overall, while there were some positives, the experience was far from ideal, and I would recommend improvements in service and amenities

Location good close with so many restaurant , clean but the breakfast is not really good.
