Very good and comfortably hotel& friendly staff

First and foremost, I want to clarify that I was unable to stay here because I was denied entry into the country. Having traveled to nearly 100 countries, this is the first time I have ever encountered such a situation. I attempted to contact the property to cancel my booking, but no one answered my calls or responded to my messages. Despite this rare and exceptional circumstance, the payment was not refunded. The owner has shown no sympathy whatsoever. This review is solely about the service; I cannot comment on the cleanliness, location, or amenities.
