Best Western McAllen Medical Center Reviews

This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

Helpful staff, area has restaurants and shops nearby

Excellent service. Spacious rooms, fair price.

The best thing was the location.
