Matsue universal hotel is a good hotel. It is located nearby train station which is more convenient to transport. I can go to the city closed to hotel. It is comfortable for me to go shopping. The hotel staff were very friendly and it was a shame that the hotel was not on the Lake Shinji side, but the buffet food for dinner and breakfast was very satisfying. For this trip, I chose this hotel that was close to Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station and Matsue Castle according to my plan. It was very convenient as there were many restaurants around. I was very satisfied with the room and public bath. The room was a little small, but the bed was big so I was able to sleep comfortably. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because I had planned to eat it elsewhere. I would like to use it again next time I go.

The hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind! The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant!
